  1. Because there is no judgement in me, I do not see it in others either. Not even in you. I do however see you are reacting to a deep wound that is coming up somehow when seeing Leo's videos. What I mean by that, is: Imagine you have a bad open wound on your right hand. If someone only breathes on it, you're going to badly hurt. (this is where you are right now). There's no wound on the left arm. Someone can even slap you on it, and it will not do anything to you. (this is where I am) Now I would like to ask you to leave this post to its original purpose: Teal Swan. Thank you
  2. @turkeysub3000 , I do have a Psychology degree, I also worked (in real life as opposed to hotline) with suicidal people AND I have a close member of my own family that committed suicide. I have probably been as angry as you are right now until it completely exhausted me. It is from that place that I finally understood that my anger was all that was keeping me from being happy and helping other people from a place of love and acceptance. Start with yourself. Make yourself what you want to see around you.
  3. You will see as if by MAGIC, the moment you stopped, completely stopped judging anything at all, you will not be judged any longer That right there is your ticket to freedom. Try it on a day by day basis with little things first, than with bigger ones, until you are free and happy
  4. That's OK. Just notice that nobody else will suffer from your view on it, except of course yourself. You will remain angry and bitter and stuck in a place than does not feel like love, but like nonacceptance. Nothing wrong with that. I'm just pointing you to notice how bad it feels inside of you, to hold this kind of emotions.
  5. Can you ABSOLUTELY KNOW that her claims are false? Have you tried to allow the possibility that her claims are true? Let's go one step further: let's say they are not true. Wouldn't YOU feel better and lighter to allow for the possibility, instead of pushing against such ideas?
  6. From where I stand, just the fact that this is taking place in reality, is a valid enough point for me not to resist or judge it. I personally give space for any and all manifestation of consciousness. There is no more attachment here and thus no fear left. I also wonder, if you have these strong emotions coming up in Leo's regards, why have you signed up to this Forum? Having been here from the beginning, I can honestly tell you that people are here to help and support each other, which is where the real value stands.
  7. @turkeysub3000 , So you do not agree with Leo's way of making some points. That is perfectly fine, even though I don't agree with you there, I would not even think of saying that you are not being appropriate. I would give you space for being yourself, allow for your own style to manifest. (especially if I was on your own forum ) Anyway, let's not hijack this post as it is not about Leo, but about Teal
  8. Why are YOU doing that with Leo then?
  9. This Topic is in the relationships sub-forum for a reason, and none of you unfortunately understood its point It is meant to make you aware of people's behavior in relationships, and why they usually hurt. Oh well... maybe this is one step ahead lol
  10. THAT's refreshing !!!!
  11. Meditation and forcing, are two sides of the same rope. Set a time. 5-10-20-30 minutes... Whatever feels appropriate. Do not fight. Allow. Let go. When time for meditation is up, enjoy life. Also, look into self-worth issues
  12. @Vida don't smell your girlfriend's feet
  13. @Simon Zackrisson Caps off please PS: Maybe one day, I'd like to try whateva it is you're smokin there LOL
  14. @FindingPeace , This is a more naughty way in which consciousness manifests, but I don't think it was directed at you....treat it like thoughts during mediation: do NOT engage
  15. It would be that, if one could get the Ego enlightened. The fact is that, no Ego is left in an enlightened being. You seem to somehow believe that an enlightened being does not enjoy human perks. That is opposite from truth. A human being enlightened, will only enjoy them, not cling to them or mistake himself with them. It is similar with thinking that a movie on a screen is more real than the actual flesh&blood actors
  16. I invite you to read/watch on youtube Anita Moorjani's story for a bit of an update on your logic
  17. Everything you wrote here, are common traps for people that never understood the reality of what Enlightenment really means. Nothing you wrote here is true for the Enlightened person.
  18. The "trick" is not to stop them thoughts - nobody can for extended periods of time - but not to associate them with you, not believe they have anything to do with you.
