@Viking Yes, but don't try to understand this logically. Try contemplating „your“ death and walking in solitude (like Eckhart Tolle, try sitting down at different places, even though you probably shouldn't if you live in a cold country, as you might get sick now in winter haha), these two methods have really helped me. I also recommend you to focus on your breath throughout the whole day, it is mindblowing how much of an effect it has on you Good luck -
Is this a real thing? What do you know about it? When I researched it, there were just some people who said, that Putin is coral etc... Is there any legitimate resource?

@Viking That means, that you are too concerned about your survival and ego. If you are at peace, everything around will look like art and breath will be all you need to feel happy The ego will dissolve naturally... -
I agree with TJ on the point, that we shouldn't just think, that we are gonna do well, because it's not gonna happen, unless we practice a lot. That's what Leo is saying too though, it's just not that expressive, not that many people take it seriously in my opinion. I also think, that this path shouldn't lead us away from „reality“, but we should become more disciplined, humble and conscientious in the process - and that is what isn't really happening to many of us, including me to a degree. He is obviously resentful and egotistical, but I feel like what we are doing here is lacking self-reflection (of this whole forum) in some areas... Leo has outgrown most of his audience, we need to escalate to really understand him.

@Marinus Keep going man, I'm in it with you!!!

@KeenokF Live now, go and do some action, create new bonds, it is a good opportunity to see, how much you've grown and you will surely meet many interesting people... Past is something you cannot change, move on.
 -
@Leon_Mao From my experience, I can immediately feel the change, when I don't fap for as little as 3 days... science probably cannot measure this
 -
@SelfHelpGuy I think that you don't understand the concept of ego correctly.

@Shin It was a joke haha @zambize I just don't want to take the Bible literally as some people do, I haven't read it yet, despite coming from a Christian background, but I really wanna try it, so that I can see how it makes sense to me Have you encountered an actul bs in the Bible? -
@KeenokF Let's not go to the extreme, you just have to sit down and close your eyes...

@Leo Kaminski Yes, basically do the practices, they are powerful as fuck. Conceptualizing all these nondual insights won't bring you almost any results, it can actually strengthten your ego. Also be careful about self-deception, @TheAvatarState said it nicely. Don't judge anyone, don't misuse Spiral dynamics to do this, it will mess up your mind totally. Rather try to radiate more love and connect with people, try to understand them deeply, be empathetic. Don't procrastinate with anything, there is only this present moment and by planning things for the future, you are just loosing time. If you want to build a new habit, like meditation, journalling, shamanic breathing, you better start now. Keep the beginner mindset, there is always so much to learn. Know, that you know nothing, stay humble, don't run around and tell people what to do. I tried to do it myself, and it only makes things worse, even if you are trying to help.

@Shin I feel the same about studying major religions, but I want to see, how hard it is to recognize the serious stuff (what Jesus said in the Bible for example) from the less legitimate information. I am just curious, like to find commonalities as well. How do Osho's sexual cravings and your nofap mastery go together? -

@sarapr Most of the time it's a bad idea to randomly tell people about this, there are some rare cases, but mostly people have to get on this path by themselves. Be careful not to make their life even worse by making spirituality look like iconoclasm @Shin What other teachings do you study? -
	@KeenokF You face it

@Key Elements I see now Thanks so much for reminding this to me, I used to be just like that, I would draw dozens of pictures everyday when I was like 3 years old, my parents didn't even have to take care for me at that time, because I was just so passionate and they would always find me at my table... Maybe this it the answer to the question: „How do these kids die?“ - they are forced to.

@theking00 well, if you only do the stuff that you like now, don't expect any growth to happen -
@Key Elements I will definitely look for that Is there any indicator that you use to recognize, whether it actually comes from you?
 -
@Nic Sorry man, I watched that video, but I studied SD so much before, that I decided, that I probably don't need to make notes - listening was more valuable for me there. Thanks for contributing this list too!

@Key Elements I understand I am 3 years away from going to college, so there's plenty of time... but still, it will fade away before I can even notice it. Right now, I am focusing on my mental and spiritual health and embodying it. (getting better at expressing myself, trying to listen more etc...) It is going well My physical health is obviously important, but I don't want to try changing my diet too radically, because it has caused me problems in the past, I just lack knowledge, so I am trying to get rid of the obvious stuff at least, not overeat... I will surely get back to it. At the moment, I don't have any hobbies, that I am like super passionate about... I am kinding looking for myself in this area. I often tell myself, that I want to be a teacher, BUT I am not sure, if this isn't just a deception. My grandpa and my mum are both teachers, so there's this concern that I am just copying them or there's this other thing, that my ego just wants to talk instead of listening, you know what I mean, it has happened to me before, almost became a zen devil cult leader basically (thanks God that I've figured it out early enough) Otherwise, I also love languages, I speak many, but I had a problem before, where I was just trying to become a polyglot, who knows as many languages as possible... Just egotistical motivation. I think that I know how to „teach“ languages (you cannot really teach them to anyone I would say), I would probably be very good at it, but still, I don't know what to trust and the decision is still far away. Maybe I can try offering some of my friends a free lessons? That would totally be possible actually.

Try replacing video games with healthy habits, one by one, if you are more experienced, you can maybe put two. Try nofap, cold showers, pranayama, yoga, meditation, journalling, just add these into your day one by one, there will be no time to play. In the end, you will enjoy the work, but it might be a longer kind of process -
@Key Elements That makes a lot of sense... Do you have any techniques on how to recognize an actual lack of meaning and passion for the subject from an ego distraction? I am almost certain, that I don't enjoy mathematics, physics, chemistry, biology... you get the idea. So I said to myself, that I will probably study something like psychology, but this idea now also feels kind of purposeless, when I can see all this spiritual stuff, it's much more meaningful to me, but at the same time, it feels like running away.

@Anirban657 What works for me is yoga, fire breath pranayama and breath focused meditation You need to increase your consciousness, contemplating from this state of depression probably won't get you anywhere...
 -
@Solvinden Ramana Maharshi lived in Tiruvannamalai
 -
I think it's the combination, but if I would have to be specific... I grew the most through meditation, contemplation, yoga, cold showers, nofap, productive conversations... is that what you mean by work @Key Elements ? Obviously, you have to be patient to get any progress out of these things... I haven't really worked like in a job yet, so I cannot say how many lessons does that give you...
