  1. I would just offer it to your current clients while providing the same service and see what happens.
  2. Work on one of these one at a time. My best suggestion is the weight. Pick diet or exercise first and work you way into it. You will start feeling so much better improving either one. I would really suggest exercise though. How about you walk 15 minutes a day and work from there? Or walk a few miles. Listen to some actualized or some music while you go. You will start to get a good increase in motivation and happiness, but it will take while. Do it where it is something you can go do every day. And if you miss a day that is alright, but try to not miss two in a row. Just focus on keeping one habit up for now and it will make a large difference. You could pick any other habit or whatever, but getting outside and doing that will be a big help to you. Do it for a month and you will see what I mean. I've been exactly where you are right now. It is strange to see if from this side of the fence as there is not really an instant cure for this. It is something you really have to go through. But know that this is not permanent. You will have a cycle of major happiness come up as it always goes in a circle it seems. Don't look for some sort of quick fix like getting a girlfriend either. Knock out all those other things first and they will literally be begging for you to date them.
  3. I think it would be worthwhile to watch leos red flag video and think about him without your attachment. The scandals and fighting and lack of relationships to me poke out as a big red flag. But I have not meet this person. Maybe he is excellent I would not know just reading some text. But really try to think of it subjectively. I wish that I had screened a lot better before my last relationships and it makes it very easy for me to weed out bad partners fast now. And whatever happens with it I wish you happiness.
  4. Stop chasing them is what worked for me. Get yourself into a position where you do need need a girlfriend and make yourself awesome. There is no rush. I have never seen a really good quality relationship last out of high school anyway. So little experience in the world and you don't even know yourself that well. I get that desire for the girls is there it isn't easy to get past. Put that energy into a passion, business, exercise, etc. You can get better at talking with them and pick up more, but the counter intuitive thing would be to work on yourself. If you do that once you get in your 20s they will be all over you.
  5. @Hsinav Yeah, I have some stuff kind of split up. Ideally I will have enough cash by the summer to keep things flowing very well. Just more on the risk side because this business has only been full time for like 6 months for me. Things are picking up good though at this rate.
  6. @Hsinav I hear you there. In my situation it's worked well. 10k might be what you need to have on hand. I could buy another car for a couple hundred dollars relatively fast and be on my way if needed. Just using my "extreme" to show the effectiveness of continually moving money.
  7. @Hsinav I will have times where I will spend all of my cash to build up my business. Has happened a few times in the last 6 months. I have some investments I could fall back on if needed and my situation could allow for some stuff to come up. Not always the easiest thing, but it's made some huge movements for me. I took my rent money for this money and put it into my business and I will likely have doubled almost tripled it by the time rent is actually due. Now it could have went less successful I have been playing with a new model for my business and it is starting to prove really stable, but I am taking risks to make this happen. Just this extra addition to my business could literally pay for all of my expenses every month and only cost me about a day or two of work. But it depends and I could even try to expand on it possibly. But so far so good and it took me risking my rent money a few times and this month I got pretty confident and put in a larger risk. I spent all of my money on some product I expect to possibly make a 30k+ return. Might not sound like a lot to many, but that is more than I made last year. And I could have this product all live and for sale within a couple months and just take in that profit over time. But it came at the costs of eating up ALL of my savings. Every last dime I had went into it and it set me back for several months. Now I am not saying I am just going to make 30k fast, but gradually and once I do the work it will just be in the background. It's nice having a big pile of cash, but your cash flow is really stunted. You have to keep the wheel turning in my experience. Money just sitting around is actually losing value. Now I would like to be back into savings again don't get me wrong. I could easily save some money this month, but I am going to take all of it and put it into business car insurance, which will be a write off as well and try to pay up 6 months for the best rate. I am maxing out my business infrastructure and taking some risk since I can't get loan yet. And I spent money on forming my corporation and all my needed business licences etc this month. Yes, I do recommend savings of course. I could barrow some cash from my mom if things were really dire, but I don't like borrowing money at all. I can't say I recommend everyone do it like that. But maybe thing a little more into how you can get the wheel turning more for yourself. Or investing more of it. A huge issue with most people is that they will live above what they can actually afford. And like I said I do need more liquid cash especially for the business I am in it makes all the difference, but you have to start somewhere.
  8. I would try a light dose of shrooms with the intention of working through it. In a dark safe environment with no distractions. You are going to have to actually work through it. There is a root issue that is still causing this attachment after this much time. Use this as something to grow from and advance yourself. Not something that holds you back and makes you depressed.

  10. @Commodent There is a lot of physiological issues likely to rise in children who are missing even one of their parents. Missing both and depending on the time they leave will likely have a lot of trauma on the child. So you will have a high chance of the child having a lot of other issues. I admit I would not want an autistic child either. Surprised there is a lot of people here against having a child, but I don't really know myself what I want. It sounds like it would be something worthwhile doing if done right. Be conscious and raising children would be an improvement in society. There is a lot of places over populating and destroying the world. Where I live contributes, but not like the largest offenders. If anything raising conscious children could help reverse these issues over time.
  11. Your name is fine if that is what you want. Singing, meteorology, and personal development are very different. I would suggest trying one topic or category and you could branch it out or alter it later. It's going to be really hard for you to gain traction with so many different things going on. A person will come to look at your other content and not really even be sure what the channel is about.
  12. @Leo Gura I'll keep my mind open to it and try to figure it out. Need the cash for now I feel like at the least. Thank you.
  13. @Leo Gura I've had corruptions in old businesses that skewed my thinking like you suggest. I read authentic happiness and applied a lot of that to this business. I really just like it. I can probably find a lot of reasons or ways to make it not seem like some ultra humanitarian thing. But I really could make a difference in my local community and to others by teaching them. I've been finding ways to support local businesses and even donate to less fortune people with goods as finding surpluses of stuff is the name of the game in reselling. As well as I really like the idea of recycling. I have even been wanting to start getting more eco friendly packing materials aside from my already second hand boxes. Now is all of that delusion? Probably some of it. I mean when I buy something off someone and I know I can make $100 off it, but I paid them $1 I don't find it immoral because they wanted $1 for it. I make money from my expertise though like any craft. But I can understand maybe that person really needs the money or life has put them where they could not get the education I have and I am taking advantage of that. A lot of the time the person just wants to get rid of their stuff though, or in the case of wholesale it doesn't apply. I've thought a lot about wanting to be successful and it is a goal to have some business like really make it for me. I see the hollowness in all of the riches and stuff. I think more what interests me is the freedom and the life style I could have. Opportunities to travel. If I decided to have kids I could provide something so much greater than what my up bringing was like with the knowledge I have and resources. That and not feeling like I just accepted some mediocre life of scanning stuff at a check out stand. You steered me in a really good path like 9 months ago, when you suggested I narrow in on something and now I did and it is really starting to take off. I was in a very devilish industry and really diluted myself to think I was helping people. I don't want that to happen again with this. I do wonder if there is something even larger out there for me. But I think we all could wonder than with any path or choice we make.
  14. @K VIL I've started businesses with much less money than that. Hundreds of dollars even.
  15. It isn't really easy to do. Takes a lot of dedication and patience. I have had some rough patches transitioning to it. No longer eat added sugar or wheat either. Makes it quite hard to find stuff to eat that is not just straight up a fruit or veggie lol. But I love the meals I eat and I have to be creative to make something taste good and be unique. I still have some issues with a little bit of oils in my diet, but a lot of the time I can avoid it. I lost 50 pounds with it and exercise and then gained about 20 pounds of muscle now. Starting to get a a fair amount of muscle. I have always fought energy and motivation issues, so it is hard to say how much would change if I ate different. I went from eating garbage to vegan. I feel really good. I just have to make sure I eat a bit extra because I can easily put it off and not eat. I keep around a lot of different nuts, dried fruit, and fresh fruit for snacking. I have a fruit and veggie smoothie every day for breakfast. And have a quinoa dish with on large avocado, roma tomato, Yumm sacuce (if you are familiar with the brand), and usually some tofu, beans, or tempheh with it for dinner. I am going to start making my own sauce again to mix it up for it and probably be a bit healthier for me. Not super crazy I mean I eat that pretty much every day and make changes to it. Smoothie has one beet, handful of spinach kale etc, chia seeds, banana, celery, one large carrot, half english cucumber or normal one, and then the fruit is always rotating organic frozen fruit. Fruit will be things like peaches, mangos, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, dragonfruit, and probably some more I forget. Working on lunch usually I just snack, but try to have something like leos soup and stuff like that usually.
  16. For the most part if you decided on a business you wanted to buy you could just make your own version of that. If you are looking to buy into franchise, then be very careful and have a lawyer go over all of the stipulations and even then you could end up with nothing or have it terminated early. It sounds like you are wanting to just bring in some easier income seeing the options you want, so I would skip this business if you are not going to be willing to invest the time into it. Lots of investments available, but your knowledge, risk management, and time horizon are things I don't know.
  17. @Aquarius You would start to isolate more in stage yellow as green is much larger on the collective and group thinking. But everyone is different. So while you are transitioning more into yellow you might feel this shift. You are not really going to enjoy most of the stuff you would find in the lower stages, but that isn't to say all of it won't be enjoyable. Especially moving up the spiral you are likely going to have a lot less habits as you will become more fulfilled. So will you probably won't find yourself hanging out with people who drink and do other vices all the time.
  18. Also, you did not mention it, but I want to make the assumption you have some sort of spending addiction or addiction to something sucking up your money. It might mostly be revolving around that. Leo has a good video on solving issues with money like that. But you would be surprised a lot of people will get into stealing from stores and stuff to fill that addiction. It might be worthwhile to talk with a therapist you could probably get one free since it sounds like you are low income a loan isn't going to matter for that most likely assuming you are in the US. But if I had to take a stab at it I would say to really try to identify the trigger around that is going to open up where a lot of these issues are coming from. Wish you well.
  19. Getting to the root cause of the lying and stealing will probably be very helpful. It's hard to live a life like that and be happy and motivated.
  20. @Annoynymous Best of luck to you! I am sure you will find others eventually.
  21. @LfcCharlie4 Reselling stuff. It's awesome for me. So many ways to benefits people, help the environment, teaching others, and more. I've been playing around with wholesale too and it is awesome. I'd do this if I had much more money as I genuinely enjoy learning what items to look for and there is always something to solve. Things could change eventually I imagine this business could run itself eventually, but I love doing it. I would be interested in acquiring other assets and what not too. If you already like what you do than that is awesome. I think it is really easy to have doubt and fear you may not be doing the right thing. But anything could have purpose that you give it. Don't just bs yourself if you are in engaging in low conscious businesses though.
  22. It's slim pickings the higher the stage. You are probably in yellow too, which is going to cause even more disconnect from others. To be honest you will start to get use to it. I feel some sadness from being alone so much, but I would much rather not be associated with any of the people I was hanging out with or dating. I removed over 10 close relationships in the last year. I talk to two people virtually occasionally that I do not see in person they live in a different state. I have one friend I go on hikes with, but with it being winter I don't anticipate to see them maybe every few months. I interact with people for business and talk to my mom pretty regularly. But that is it. I have people try to reach out to me regularly and I just ignore them. I only want to surround myself with positive high conscious people. Maybe I will make some more friends later on, but honestly the work and time I put into my business and myself is very rewarding. I have a habit of being friends with people who need a lot of help and me supplying that help in terms of personal development etc. I crave a romantic partner probably mostly from nearing a month of no fap, but even that to a degree sounds like it would take up too much time for what I want right now. Working on spirituality, personal development, health, and having a business take up my whole day. My suggestion is to start finding a purpose and keep working on yourself. You are going to die alone. And be a lone many times throughout life. So make use of it in the best way you can.
  23. In general you will probably have shifts in what you want to do over time. It kind of depends though. I love what I am doing with my business right now. I've found many ways to integrate green and yellow ideals into it and improve the world. Problem with your approach is you are going to have to power through it without really having the extra drive a purpose would be. Financial independence is great and having extra money is a benefit and freedom. But I have to admit with about $20k cash I could have almost no monthly expenses and decent living not a house or anything crazy, buy a trailer. Even if you could not make enough with that assuming you are in the US you would have medical care and food assistance. Money isn't going to find you everything you want in life. I have to admit it makes raising a family easier and things like that, so I can't discredit it. Having nice things is pretty cool, but really doesn't matter too much. I do strive for similar things as you, but I would much rather love what I am doing. Learning business is great. You are off to a great start it sounds like. But find something that is really going to give you that spark of motivation and energy to do it. You will be working much harder to get the business off the ground than being in a job, so why do something you don't enjoy as much for the business? I try to keep myself and business versatile and usually pick up new additions or aspects to my current business, which has been great for it. You might have something around what you do now you have a passion for. Sometimes you have to explore a bit on the side.
  24. I've been buying purified water for awhile now, cooking in it etc. I was thinking about getting my own distiller for water? Or a nice water purification system. I have been doing some research and it seems like the distiller might be the best for the money and quality. But was curious if anyone here has any experience? It costs me more than $30 a month for water. So I am fine investing into a good system.
  25. It's good to have that habit that you can keep strong during it. Mine is working out and diet is really just a apart of how I live now from doing it this long. When things are going great I just start throwing in kick ass habits. Been doing no fap, cold shower, youtube, etc lately. But if things took a turn I know that these habits would drop pretty easily or require a fight to keep up. A big thing I suggest is slow integration of the habits them self and focusing on the benefits. Set a specific diet you are going to eat and stick to it. I forget where I heard it, but imagine a big rock being held by ropes. Each day you complete the habit another rope is added. The rock is going to fall much easier without the consistency. Sickness, injury, etc can really put a damper on things. Do you best to get those strings up and especially the initial ones. Sometimes you just need a day to let it go. Not worry about it and not beat yourself up if you miss a day. Try to not skip more than one day in a row though. I find once you go over that it becomes harder and amplifies more. I go running every outside every other day and I notice now most people are not out there because the sun is gone. Rain is here and "cold". I am excited for it now. This year I actually bought myself rain gear and have a nice jogging outfit. I would like to upgrade my gloves, so my hands aren't frozen before I get back, but the extra gear makes it more exciting to go! But those people likely could not keep the habit once it got a bit more tough. Everyone likes a nice stroll in the sun. I could see most having to work or something too. But any time it is dramatically less people out now. It's easier for me now because I feel great doing it. I have got stuck in ruts with it and I just took it slow to build back up momentum after injuries over training etc. There are days that are still hard to get out and go. I averaged almost 6 miles a day all last month, which was my personal best for distance in a month. I want to run a marathon next summer is the goal. I have a lot of time to train for it and I think I can do it. Make goals with the diet. Make goals with all of it. Maybe you need to skip a piece to focus on making one habit strong enough not to fall. Also, maybe try something new to spice up the routine for the items you are having a hard time keeping. Just like I added the gear etc. Nice headphones made it better to. Layering pieces of the habit helps to. I actually rewarded myself with a warm shower at night and I had an awesome idea when I took it tonight. But I still take the cold shower in the morning. My first few showers started at the middle of the temp, then moved to cold. Now they are just cold when I hop in. That habit is awesome even if I get up a bit later than my time I want to be up it totally makes up for it skipping all of my slow time wasting in the morning. Diet specifically I had the best luck changing a meal at a time. And it really can take longer than you think. But that is okay. Maybe just start by making your breakfast a really health smoothie. Then go from there and make sure you can keep that every day first. Eventually integrating more veggies in it. And find other options and research what would be best for your life. Get a taste of just how powerful that healthy breakfast is for you, Expect ego backlash and backsliding though. It's kind of like running up a big slide and every now and then you slip a bit, but you can always keep running back up. You'll have times where you will just power through it like an animal once you get disciplined enough.
