  1. Both seem like mind tricks to me. When it comes down to it a chasing a goal and increasing focus seem to be the same thing. At least I see that dudes.
  2. Nah, just crazy expensive for the parents
  3. There can be love when i am caught in my own fears. I don’t see it
  4. When I was young my parents sent me to a few psychologist. I didn’t like rules structure and all that. I was always nice to people. Never really angry or anything. Just never have been into college and career stuff. Anyway the psychologists were always in a hurry to diagnose me as somthing. Even as a youngster I was aware that they didn’t actually know what they were taking about. Instead of looking for some diagnosis they should have seen the simple fact that I just didn’t like to play by the rules
  5. For sure man. It’s constantly doing this. Even when we least expect it.
  6. @Feel Good I agree man. I am very grateful for these guys. I went into this to live without all the drama. So far it’s been quick and effective. Just watching fear in movement and knowing when I am adding to it really has helped.
  7. @Faceless thanks man. I have really Given all my attention to this. My friends say they really see a difference in me. I’m am really appreciating life now man. Conflict is so low now dude.
  8. Having a reward in mind like enlightenment and using a technique called do noting to get there seems pretty crazy to me. And I am a kinda crazy and a dummy. I have friends who meditate before a surf comp. but they meditate to concentrate or focus. Visualize and conquer a goal.
  9. Your not seeing the big picture dude. Until all you are psychologically secure you will keep searching. This will prevent because you are looking in time for your arriving. Thought is pursing a reward in the future. That is the problem.
  10. Also the way I see it if your are trying to get somewhere like your idea of enlightenment, you are escaping what is and trying to attain a goal that you made. The motive to reach enlightenment is what prevents it. If we pursue we strengthen the illusion. Thregthen a doing.
  11. That’s not true brah. That is just what traditional authority says to do. Thought likes to conform to ways or strategies to end itself. It is not actually needed at all.
  12. @Privet I have been on a daily basis observing inward movement of myself. It seems to be a reaction of choosing. It happens to you because you choose. Only you are not sure that you choose. We choose without noticing it seems like.
  13. Yeah chimpanzee really seem to have somewhat of a psyche.
  14. I asked faceless that myself. He said because we think abstractly. We are not willing to take responsibility for ourselves. We say we are going to bring god to man but we don’t have an actual relationship ourselves. And in that we divide everything up. We don’t see that we are society and society is us. The inward and the outward are the same. And then we refused to have a relationship with the fact. We see through the eye of division. This causes fragmentation. So we cannot solve such large relationship problems. I think thats right dudes.
  15. @InfinitePotential NICE!!!. I will try it out.
  16. I think facing fear solves all these problems. Lately I have been trying to keep notice of all the subtle fear that arises during my day. There is so many types of fear and it’s good to be able to notice certain thoughts as being fear and not thinking they are somthing different. Anyway I’m doing my best. Good luck dudes
  17. Fosho. I do that after a long day out on the water. Listen to the water segals. Of course a one hitter quiter right before
  18. I feel ya there. Fantasy and imagination screws me all the time. It has got better being aware of that. But sometimes I forget. Good luck brah.
