Well that’s just because we are using thinking. But we are not talking about that really brah. I think the mind is way to complex to just say be present in the moment. I listened to that type of talk years man. It doesnt bring about an actual ending of conflict and fear.

@SOUL Cant understand what @robdl and @Facelessare saying if we are to scared to listen to them. Fear prevents it for sure. Not saying you are scared. But from what I see a lot here on the forum and the last 8years of my life, fear seems to prevent this big insight from sinking in.

You have to seriously go into this with NO PRE-assumptions. Which for me meant getting a grasp on fear and its relation to time.

Seeing the whole is very necessary. There can be no holistic timeless awareness otherwise. I can’t even imagine being able to maintain an awareness free of choice without being able to see it all as one movement. It actually makes it all very doable. Or non-do-able

I feel ya dude...From what I have seen all of the above are within in loosing the head. For me I am sure that the movement of time or the “the me” has been the burden to freedom. And I with all my heart feel that burden must be lifted for experience to stop being applied. This last month has been amazing. So Powerful! Just by seeing clearly the whole and being timelessly aware. I told @robdl yesterday, it’s almost like it was meant to be. Crazy man!!
