  1. The suffering is a fact, it’s not bad and it’s simply negative emotion. Accept it I must, simply to end it. I’m not sure we are on the same page as I didn’t quite understand what you mean relating back to our conversation, feel free to elaborate
  2. @Truth Addict I have a knack for taking things too seriously. Spent so much of my life living completely reactive, it’s hard to notice when the same patterns return ?
  3. 100% agree, it's a process of needing it, realizing one needs it, evaluating why one needs it, letting it go and then using it more consciously. @Truth AddictI feel like some people feel the need to take things to the extremes and this benefits them for growth, and others have less of a need for this @NatashaDo you feel the need for this because you can't remain conscious enough? @Wekztotally have to observe the mind as much as possible to break the chains of unconsciousness. It's not just technology but any activity, really
  4. @Leo GuraMaybe the video was too radical for the government, so they flagged it and made it disappear ?
  5. This is an amazing video on "reparenting" and practical advice for creating a life to be proud of.

  7. This is a simple exercise Teal Swan shares on how to chase down core beliefs to deal with problems in our life. The goal is to chase down the root thought we hold in relation to the problems we see in our life so we can potentially change the core beliefs that cause us to be a vibrational match to these problems. The core belief will usually be a reflection of these problems. For example, the core belief, I am worthless, will attract people, circumstances and events that match this vibrational frequency. Once we have this root thought, we can start questioning this belief. Pick a statement or judgement you have about someone or something that doesn't feel good and write it down Now alternate between these two questions until you get to the root thought/belief What does it mean to me? or Assuming that it's true, why is it bad? example: Statement/judgement: My friend is annoying because she never stops talking What does it mean to me? It means she always has to say what's on her mind Assuming this is true why is it bad? well this is bad because people will think she sounds really dumb sometimes What does that mean to me? If i say everything on my mind people will judge me and think I am dumb Assuming this is true why is it bad? Because if people think i am dumb they may not think i am cool What does this mean to me? People should care what others think of them/I need to care what people think of me (core belief) - Turned around- people need to care what I think of them / people need to care what I think of me /I don’t need to care what people think of me / people don’t need to care what I think of them /I need to care what I think of people My judgement of her is my problem. In what areas of my life does this impact me? This core belief also reveals I must act a certain way to be loved or accepted. Can i absolutely know that this is true? No. (try it out on your own by writing something down)

  14. @xthebentnecklady here’s where I would start, become aware of your feelings, instead of reacting to the negative emotions, sit with them until the dissapate, pay attention to the negative thoughts too, they hold your beliefs and may not be true so seek to understand them. The goal is to take full responsibility for yourself and your actions, to choose love over fear, one moment at a time
  15. This is what I wanted to hear, how you define neurosis, you know...
  16. @xthebentnecklady that’s called resisting resistance actually, it’s escaping your bad feelings, this will not create good ones because to feel good you need to be able to let out and let go of the negative ones
  17. @xthebentneckladyif you know nothing then how do you know you have neurosis?
  18. Could you share a little more about what you think? Where do you think you need to start from? What do you think neurosis is tied to?
