Did you feel a sort of empty void for a little while, or maybe found yourself having to spend more time simply with yourself “bored”? Make good points @pluto I wonder what a harmonious technological platform would look like...anyways our bodies are amazing at reestablishing a new baseline for equilibrium so negative effects are dependent on the individual to an extent but I agree and can notice shifts with just short breaks lol

excellent Shin ? yeah me and love go way back. It’s hard to accept something that’s constantly changing, it’s hard to let go of comfort, expectation, anticipation (me), and embrass fear, pain, and regret but I guess love is the only way My favorite line (sure man I’ll be naked with ya ) Also you inspired me to create this video, it’s rather boring so DONT WATCH! (I think so anyway) I forgot to expand on some points I was making about embracing change, how we don’t share the same path as anyone and grow in different areas at different times unique to our experience so opening the heart is about accepting the unknown

There’s nothing wrong with having needs. Communication is the answer. Simply come to a mutual understanding, yes you can agree to disagree. You’re anger can be turned into a healthy personal boundary. Would help if you had shared an example.

@Bill W Cool thanks for sharing! I can relate to what you said in your summary for chapter 3. I noticed yesterday i became attached or too overly concerned with how I felt, my emotional state, shifting out of being a watcher and creating a lot of self judging thoughts

@Viking who and how would you be if you already had a girlfriend? What would your behavior look like? How would your confidence be? The neediness will not help you but don't beat yourself up about it, let the neediness come and go, then act like someone who loves themselves would. You might find this helpful to reflect on your values/needs

We we try to be our own therapist we also often fall out of valuing comfort zones and creating that inner space used to push us into expansion

@M4sti your right dude consciously put yourself in more fearful situations only to simply notice and become familiar with the sensations. Don’t even bother trying to control the mind just commit to being your best when opportunity arises I’m in the same boat and know how hard it really is to bring space inward but before you know it, habit will make it much easier like literally taking yourself out of the equation

Check out my vlog too if you want but just to warn you, my life situation is a pretty good indicator of the amount of integration or experience/growth needed. I’m lacking in the in-person friend and dating departments and living with family

@Mikael89 the guy never claimed to be the Buddha, but the other guy was so certain he was simply being humble he used the dude to become enlightened himself (i cannot remember who told the story but possibly it was alan watts) it just becomes so arbitrary

@Mikael89 Did you ever hear that story about the guy going to the coffee shop and talking to the dude he thought was an enlightened sage? Turned out the dude was just an average working man but he always thought the guy was just being humble and eventually, he became enlightened just by simply talking to him

feels good to be good (appreciate the good vibers) This is the most beautiful thing, you get to create all your limitations, the integration is simply watching the self come and go, continuously falling in love with every aspect both positive and negative. There's no true change without complete love and acceptance Not sure 'to the point' is something i understand exactly as there isn't an actual point. We are forever groundless whether we choose to think so or not Is it possible to trust and love ourselves completely? (this is the true test we have been sent here to do imo) There's only one way to find out if it's possible to consciously create all the thoughts you desire with the focus of a reality you wish to see I don't believe it was a true desire, i wont force it but if it manifests as a potential opportunity with the right setting ill gladly embrace such an experience

@pluto Thanks for sharing so much more (By the way i only tease about the length, it is to be appreciated) You have no idea how much i resonate with your words. There's been an ego backlash ive been experiencing and it was resistance growing out of proportion, ended with a bike crash and the inner critic coming out in full force to play with my emotions. i felt inclined to carry on with my past but ill let it go today. Thanks again, your words bring my comfort in a painful time
