@Freakyboo once a skeptic, always a skeptic (I sure hope not!). is this really who you want to be, cuz you sure can, but I know you are much much more idk about you but I’m not “most people”, I respect others and give them the benefit of the doubt they can and will speak their truth. This is an opportunity to release the trauma/energy within by being present with yourself as you expose the ego to the stored trauma within the psyche. Don't resist! Surrender to the experience with a kind/loving dog and keep going from there! The fear can erupt out of you, and leave you with tears of joy/love DOGS are indeed a GOD SEND!

@Aquarius go easy on yourself, the diet isn’t set in stone. Be open and receptive to new information, listen to your body, question the commonly held beliefs regarding protein. There are many, like myself, who can thrive on little to no food at all because I learned how to create the right environment in the body. Organs no longer requiring stimulants to do their work and this has powerful regenerative/health benefits as well as spiritual growth So often we worry about what is “lacking”, trying to get all our vitamins/minerals externally, when really the issue lie in understanding the root cause for the deficiencies. The reason we may require supplements is because the body uses those minerals in the digestion and elimination processes of foods that aren’t ideally made for our consumption. The reason not everyone can thrive on less food is their terrain isn’t clean, and absorption is poor. That’s why it is recommended for anyone transitioning to lighter diets to undergo a deep cleanse, juice/water fasting, green juices is a good way to transition if fruit is too much for the system

Food freedom is a bonus of doing the work, grounding within the body. Fruit creates those detox symptoms. The kidneys usually get worse before they get better, water tends to keep them closed but with extended fasts, there’s a good chance they open up and you may feel that initial pain as they are activating/regaining functionality. The majority of people today aren’t utilizing the full extent of the kidneys cleansing effects that’s why it’s common during the healing process to experience a “kidney infection”, but this is temporary and also it’s good not to push too hard. My back doesn’t hurt too often anymore even after “shadow indulging” for a few days. We are so powerful, it’s been quite the body exploration just to listen

Don’t give into the powers that be, you are all powerful, creator of your own reality. Take those steps that manifest a future you wish to take part in, however I understand there will be attachments to face and this may be the right path for you

In my experience the mind can have a reaction/attachment to the awakenings in which there’s a shift in energy expression, sort of a compensation for the other polarity. Resistance and struggle of identification seems to be the bipolar aspect of this integration. I believe it was the result of emotional immaturity
