  1. Yes he will. Getting tired over a substance can really make you quit stuff. Over-consuming something is a really good way to stop that action all by itself. Over-eat junk food, feel sick and never touch it again. Over-smoke untill you get sick and never touch it again. Ofcourse over-doing cocaine can kill you. You can ignore the need of sex or other stuff, but this will just become a way stronger force for you to fight against, so just be with it, don't ignore those needs, embrace them fully! There is nothing "bad" in this world. But don't ignore the needs of spirituality and growing consciousness. At least practice some pranayama every day, even for 10~20 minutes, but do it daily and develop a routine that you always do in the morning and evening.
  2. First of all we experience these things. Reading and thinking is not experience. Once you do experience some of the stuff that is being talked about then you can worry how to integrate them. A big warning is that not everything should be integrated as some of the stuff can make you disfunctional as a human. You will only varify what comes up in your experience, you cannot choose these things, they have no order. You could find yourself in some of the impossible experiences that is not even being talked about here, everybody has their own ways. Maybe you will talke to aliens, haha.. who knows? My tip would be clear out your mind of all the stuff you read, go clean, without knowing anything, then you are able to explore and find.
  3. @caspex For me authenticity is freedom. Freedom to be what you want to be, freedom to speak what you want to speak, freedom to dress the way you want, freedom from conformity and other people opinions. If you notice this freedom you can notice when you aren't living from freedom, the psyche colapses and you feel bad instantly. What you really want is freedom!

  5. I want to share a very deep discovery that I had a few days ago. Going to a group meeting with spiritual people I encountered this one interesting thing that hit me super-duper deep. We were talking about tips on how to stay in the "State". And one person was sharing how sometimes it's hard to stay in that state and started to share how he was cheated on and how hurt he was and how it still haunts him to this day. And he shared it so openly that I looked at that person and heard my inner voice say "I would cheat on you too and you deserve to be cheated on". It threw me away for a bit as it was so strange and foreign to me. I felt like I no longer could stay in the room that we were in. Fast forward to the other day, I was sharing my experience with a friend and he told me thats how life works, you get what you radiate out, or you get what you are. And then I contemplated all the shit that I got from people, when people turned me down, turned their backs on me and it hit me so deep down that I understood that I was creating all of it, I was in a such a wicked state that I just attracted everything! Comparing that experience with my memories made me understand the mechanism of how this works. And it's so scary... holy poop. For me it was such a radical shift in consciousness that I'am still in shock to this day. After this realization I started to understand how important it is to be in a peaceful state of being/mind. If you are in that state, reality changes for you. And looking at today, I create so much light that I just see Love and Happiness around me, I see people turn bright as soon as I'am around and this just further confirms what I understood. Maybe some of you might find this insightful, just wanted to share. ♥♥♥

If a persons actions are bizzare, random and idiotic it means that his mind is very twisted and it's just his problem, not that you attracted it by the thing that I wrote. The world is complex and needs distinction everywhere. Understanding is the beggining, and then comes compassion 🙏🤍

It's not that we "control" our emotions, in my experience the old stuff doesn't stick with my reality anymore, sometimes it tries to, but in the light of awareness it just vanishes. Thus you sort of break free from your karma. Ofcouse you break from some part of karma, not the totality of it.

  12. Just wanna share my experience. I quit it all. Cold turkey. Coffee, green/black tea. Never putting my hands on it again. I was experiencing anxiety for so much time that I thought it was normal to feel that. And no spiritual practice was able to help me there. But once I went off of caffeine I noticed that I'am A LOT MORE calmer by default. I no longer have anxiety and can talk to anyone in public, I'am no longer "shy" which was caused by anxiety from caffeine. I spent a week listening to youtube podcasts from doctors and simple people who talked about how they quit caffeine and what has changed and wow... I understood how bad caffeine actually is! The first two weeks were really hard. I was tired already at 11AM and didn't have any MOTIVATION to do anything. This motivation was lost because caffeine increases dopamine. And Now I'am about a month in without it and wow am I back! I have these random increases in creativity out of nowhere which was never present when I consumed caffeine. And I no longer have energy crashed, my energy levels are present all day! I don't get the high spikes though, but I will take it any time of the day. I know some people might not be affected as much in case of anxiety and other symptoms, but if you do have anxiety on a daily basis, check if it's caffeine that is giving you all of that. It raises your adrenaline levels and you are on a flight-fight ALL DAY. Now think about what that does to you! Mostly I quit it because of anxiety, I wanted to see if it affects me and YES IT DID. But there are other great benefits of quitting it.
  13. @LoneWonderer if you don't have any problems with it then don't quit. I had problems with caffeine. I'am more of a fiery/passionate person and the rush the caffeine gives is too much for me. Also the anxiety was so bad for me.
  14. @LoneWonderer one week wont cut it. You need a couple of months, maybe more to get your dopamine system back running normal again. Then you will feel the real deal of no caffeine life.

  16. @Spiral Wizard So lets say I'am meditating and things come up. Lets say addictions, thoughts about the past etc. What would be the best tip you would give with your current experience?
  17. @MellowEd If you ever have an out of body experience and there are "others" out there trying to talk to you, ignore them and NEVER talk to them. Even if it's God himself. My guru cautioned us students about these sorts of experiences. There are bad entities there and you should never choose to encounter/talk to them PERIOD.

  19. No. This implies an Ego that gets what it wants. Gratification is just being grateful for being alive, it's the ultimate gift a person can get. Some poeple might look at others that have money, but you are rich way beyond that and dont accept/understand this GIFT of LIFE. Living still on the level of the mind is a pain, believe me I distinguish these states really well and once I get down to the lvl of the mind everything gets worse, because you are falling back to a deceptive reality which the mind created. Whiping that away is what actually gives you happiness. Freedome from your own mind gives you happiness. Rise higher and live sky rather that be stuck in the smog.

  21. @Carl-Richard Bravo. Letting go opens the door for God to go through You. I practice yoga asanas, and the the point of yoga stretching is not the stretch itself, but relaxation of the muscle so it can let go and stretch itself. It's very tricky to understand this because a lot of people are just brute stretching it. And at the end of all the asana practice you lay down to "Shavasana" and let go of everything, every muscle, every tention. And after a while you learn to let go of tention, just on command. Sort you letting go to the level of dissolvement. I noticed that there is a ball of energy in the head, it has no ground, but it has energy and attracts a lot of stuff and thus creating a self. That is what I call the actual Ego. You can either give so much attention to that ball that it goes away or you can sort of let go with all the power that you have and that ball also breaks down, giving you non-dual God consciousness in an instant.
