  1. @LoneWonderer if you don't have any problems with it then don't quit. I had problems with caffeine. I'am more of a fiery/passionate person and the rush the caffeine gives is too much for me. Also the anxiety was so bad for me.
  2. Just wanna share my experience. I quit it all. Cold turkey. Coffee, green/black tea. Never putting my hands on it again. I was experiencing anxiety for so much time that I thought it was normal to feel that. And no spiritual practice was able to help me there. But once I went off of caffeine I noticed that I'am A LOT MORE calmer by default. I no longer have anxiety and can talk to anyone in public, I'am no longer "shy" which was caused by anxiety from caffeine. I spent a week listening to youtube podcasts from doctors and simple people who talked about how they quit caffeine and what has changed and wow... I understood how bad caffeine actually is! The first two weeks were really hard. I was tired already at 11AM and didn't have any MOTIVATION to do anything. This motivation was lost because caffeine increases dopamine. And Now I'am about a month in without it and wow am I back! I have these random increases in creativity out of nowhere which was never present when I consumed caffeine. And I no longer have energy crashed, my energy levels are present all day! I don't get the high spikes though, but I will take it any time of the day. I know some people might not be affected as much in case of anxiety and other symptoms, but if you do have anxiety on a daily basis, check if it's caffeine that is giving you all of that. It raises your adrenaline levels and you are on a flight-fight ALL DAY. Now think about what that does to you! Mostly I quit it because of anxiety, I wanted to see if it affects me and YES IT DID. But there are other great benefits of quitting it.
  3. @LoneWonderer one week wont cut it. You need a couple of months, maybe more to get your dopamine system back running normal again. Then you will feel the real deal of no caffeine life.
  4. @Spiral Wizard Thank you! I will listen to the video and probably follow up in the near future about how it went. 🙏🤍
  5. @Spiral Wizard So lets say I'am meditating and things come up. Lets say addictions, thoughts about the past etc. What would be the best tip you would give with your current experience?
  6. @MellowEd If you ever have an out of body experience and there are "others" out there trying to talk to you, ignore them and NEVER talk to them. Even if it's God himself. My guru cautioned us students about these sorts of experiences. There are bad entities there and you should never choose to encounter/talk to them PERIOD.
  7. Thank you for this insight. ♥ What a wonderful read. Thanks!
  8. No. This implies an Ego that gets what it wants. Gratification is just being grateful for being alive, it's the ultimate gift a person can get. Some poeple might look at others that have money, but you are rich way beyond that and dont accept/understand this GIFT of LIFE. Living still on the level of the mind is a pain, believe me I distinguish these states really well and once I get down to the lvl of the mind everything gets worse, because you are falling back to a deceptive reality which the mind created. Whiping that away is what actually gives you happiness. Freedome from your own mind gives you happiness. Rise higher and live sky rather that be stuck in the smog.
  9. @Princess Arabia Let go that there is nothing to let go of ♥
  10. @Carl-Richard Bravo. Letting go opens the door for God to go through You. I practice yoga asanas, and the the point of yoga stretching is not the stretch itself, but relaxation of the muscle so it can let go and stretch itself. It's very tricky to understand this because a lot of people are just brute stretching it. And at the end of all the asana practice you lay down to "Shavasana" and let go of everything, every muscle, every tention. And after a while you learn to let go of tention, just on command. Sort you letting go to the level of dissolvement. I noticed that there is a ball of energy in the head, it has no ground, but it has energy and attracts a lot of stuff and thus creating a self. That is what I call the actual Ego. You can either give so much attention to that ball that it goes away or you can sort of let go with all the power that you have and that ball also breaks down, giving you non-dual God consciousness in an instant.
  11. Starting to accept Truth. These are just ideas in your mind. You have no idea what direct experience of that actually feels like. Don't rub it into your mind thinking that NOW you know it. All of what you hear Leo talk to you is just ideas that feed the mind more, actually distracting you from this moment. I can tell from my personal experience its such a tricky thing to stay in that state of consciousness. EVERYTHING has to be perfect, you must maintain a good balance everywhere. Sattvic lifestyle is key. Your thoughts have to be pure, you have to eat a very clean diet, no rajasic or tamasic foods, your body has to be strong, your meditation has to be consistent, and even then that state can dissapear in an instant if you let your thoughts run around. But when it holds, Oh... My.. God.. Everything is so clear, ignorace is gone in an instant, you understand how to live life. Don't get de-motivated by my words, step your game up, reaching there is no joke and no mental masturbation will get you there.
  12. That's good! Haha... I remember that time.. When I just woke up, seeming like a never ending trip. From the moment I woke up to the moment I was a sleep I was in a constant non-dual awareness state. And by the 3rd day, when I woke up in the morning I thought to myself "well, this is probably not turning off, so I might just surrender to what IS" and I was so comfortable with everything that was. What reality was, what I was, even as an illusion. Surrendering is a skill that you will grow, the ego doesn't want to leg go. But you have to let it go. You cannot, surrender bit by bit and you will go through. I'am with You! This is the time to make it happen! DON'T STOP IF YOU REALLY WANT TO DO IT.
  13. West took a spiritual practice, saw some benefits that it gives and took the practice to "improve" oneself. The "western" style of thinking is stupid, take what is "good" and leave out what is "bad". And you are here to improve the ego, to get better leaving out the main POINT of what it actually was discovered.
  14. @Wiz I never thought of myself as different from others. Once you grasp the importance of meditation you must do it every day, it's like taking a shower, you can't live life being dirty. Btw there are simple Kriya pranayama practices that were created for the lay men of the world, who have a family etc. just 30minutes per day can grow your consciousness really fast.
  15. @Sugarcoat being too much into spirituality you are dieing as a human being. Solitude is nothing else but salvation from all the shit that is around. Once you reach a high enough level you start to feel other peoples karma just by being around and it affects you to a degree. And you get sick of it and tend to be alone. No wonder REAL enlightened beings are living in solitude. This is a double edge sword.
  16. You are concerned about the survival of your own ego. You dont want to change. This is just your ideas of what it FINNALY would become. Which is fasle. No. Your identity changes to your True nature, the true Self and it cannot have anxiety, because he itself is anxiety. It is not. You can have/do anything, but you do it in a non-attachment way. Yes. You have no idea what it ACTUALLY is. I've been there where you are at right now. I can see you have no idea or clue what it is just have vague ideas and concepts. It's okay to be where you are and you should not feel bad about it, but you can either go deeper or just close yourself off. You choose. I only feel bad I didn't started to it earlier. Everything changes, you can see so much more, the depth of perception of situations is completely different. You can read other people just by looking at how they walk and carry themselves. I don't want to go deep on explaining, but you have no idea what is possible. Imagine being on psychedelics, but being sober ALL DAY, from the moment you wake up to the moment you fall asleep.

  18. Could Leo answer some great questions from people and films himself answer and uploads them in shorter videos, up to 20min, but any time is good, just on his blog. I kinda miss that a bit non-formal answers on some of the topics. I kinda wanna see what you have become over the years, and what kind of thinking do you have now.
  19. @UnbornTao Also there is a factor how well the body digests/breaks down caffeine in the system. My body tends to break down stuff slower than others.
