  1. Yesterday: Fail, got sucked into my addictions again. I guess I'll use the Sedona method to make myself meditate and do yoga and the creative visualization technique for my addiction.
  2. For about a week I've been struggling to keep my addictions at bay. I would binge on social media, YouTube, and porn and then struggle to stop myself in neurotic ways. This made me extremely lazy to the point of ignoring my meditation routine and not posting daily here like usual. I have been mostly consistent with my yoga routine except for one day and learning about nonduality and psychology so that's something. Yesterday: 24 minutes of yoga
  3. For the past 10 days I've either been too lazy or sleepy to do meditation or yoga. Yesterday, I've been trying to get back on track with my practice and added more techniques to my yoga routine. Also, I've been trying to contemplate my death recently after watching Leo's video on contemplating death and hearing about jed McKenna's memento mori practice. Hopefully it puts things in perspective and motivates me more since motivation is one big thing I'm lacking.
  4. Day 1 (yesterday) 33 min. of meditation 16 min. of yoga
  5. Half fail Did 40 minutes total of meditation but fell asleep right after. I was trying to push myself to do strong determination sitting for an hour but only managed to do 20 minutes straight before taking a small break. After that I could only do 8 or 9 minute sessions of meditation before giving up completely.
  6. Monday- 15 min. of yoga, 20 min. of meditation Tuesday & Wednesday- Fail. I was either too lazy or sleepy to do it. I'm planning to spend the majority of my free time meditating so let's see how that goes. It will probably drive me insane at first, especially on weekends, but i might get used to it.
  7. Friday-fail Was too sucked into youtube and other things to do any meditation. Saturday- 20 min. meditation, close to 20 minutes of yoga. Sunday-same thing as Saturday. Still trying to get the hang of muhamudra and all the locks. On the brightside I find that it enhances my breaths during pranayama.
  8. Half fail Did 19 minutes of yoga but then gave up on meditation after 5 minutes because I was mostly asleep and trying to meditate seemed pointless.
  9. Day 4 (yesterday) 10 min. of yoga 20 min. of meditation Tried doing the muhamudra technique for the first time but couldn't do it because of the strain it put on my body.
  10. Day 3 (yesterday night) 10 min. of yoga 20 min. of meditation
  11. Day 2 (yesterday) 5 min. of yoga 20 min. of meditation
  12. Day 1 (yesterday) 5 min. of yoga 20 min. of meditation
  13. Fail Fell asleep again but on the bright side at least I'm getting more sleep
  14. Haven't started doing kriya yoga seriously yet so for those who have been at it for at least a few months, what results are you getting from kriya yoga?

  16. Fail. Fell asleep trying to take a small nap
  17. Half fail (yesterday) Meditated for 20 or 30 minutes. Forgot to do the yoga.
  18. Day 1 (yesterday night) 35 minutes of meditation 4 minutes of yoga Almost forgot to write in this.
  19. Fail I was way too sleepy to do anything but sleep after 8:30
  20. Day 2 (yesterday) 4 min. of yoga 26 min. of meditation I went unconscious near the end of the session. Again, I gotta stop half assing meditation.
  21. Day 1 (yesterday) 4 min. yoga 20 min. meditation I need to take meditation more seriously because I'm just half assing it at this point.
  22. Fail Apparently I fell asleep while trying to do visualizations. I barely remember anything after that besides a vague memory of someone helping me into bed. I'm getting sick of only being consistent for only a few days and screwing up the day after.
  23. Day 3 (yesterday) 4 min. of yoga 20 min. of meditation Unfocused meditation session again.
  24. Day 2 (yesterday) 4 minutes yoga 20 minutes meditation My meditation sessions are unfocused and half assed. Only bright side is that I'm not completely unconscious during that time like before.
  25. Day 1 (yesterday) 4 min. of yoga 20 min. of meditation My meditation session was mostly unfocused and I was sleepy towards the end. I'm just gonna start making sure I get at least 7 hours of sleep per night so that I'm more focused in these kinds of activities and not half assing them
