  1. I think it would be pretty much the same. Men would tell criteria they deem valuable in women, but leave out the fact that factors like looks of the potential partner is often bigger and more important factor than the hint they give out. But its not an obvious thing. You only realize it when you think about it enough and the average male usually dont think about it enough. Thats also why they are average, lol.
  2. Do you mean in the context of the opening post video? Where a man is being asked about relationship advice?
  3. What he is speaking of is in no way obvious. Language is incredibly complex thing that women understand more of and men understand less of (Likely due to women's higher tendency to socialize) Go to 4chan and look for threads about men trying to understand their female partners and women in general. You'll see how much there is lack of understanding of perspectives. Of course men think that a woman is speaking of them when a woman says "men"! Men are men and the average men think word means exactly what it means in dictionary I wish Leo made a video about this exact topic. Not just in the dating world but politics too, I think so many misunderstandings are caused by either poor communication or poor understanding
  4. https://melmagazine.com/en-us/story/arnold-schwarzenegger-wants-to-throw-up-when-he-looks-at-himself-in-the-mirror “When I look in the mirror, I throw up,” Schwarzenegger told Cigar Aficionado for its January issue, the Daily Mail reported. “And I was already so critical of myself, even when I was in top physical shape. I’d look in the mirror after I won one Mr. Olympia after another and think, ‘How did this pile of shit win?’” Imagine being 69 year old and still hating your own body
  5. This sounds great! I found a local website that sells a lot of different kind of organic honeys (And not at all bad prices) like raw honey, honey still in combs, honey with pollen in it and "Bee bread" (Pollen bee's processed with lactic acid) You mentioned that the bee pollen should be maintained frozen until consumption, is it enough for it to be frozen until postal delivery, or should it be frozen until just a few hours before it enters my meal?
  6. So, Im 25 years old and my studies are almost done (Only thesis left), I have permanent job, taking the first steps towards my dream career and basically I have met or gained tools to meet 95% of my materialistic needs. My grand goal is to master my body in next 5 years. I want to perfect it like Roman athletes, functionality first with the looks coming on the side. I want to build mindfulness on my bodily functions, build flexibility, build muscle, perfect my eating. I want to take my body to the extremes in healthy sustainable manner that I can keep up until my death of old age. The more I work on my thesis, the more my hunger for this goal grows. I've been thinking about it for months on end now, and I want nothing more than to finally start my journey Does anyone here have such a grand goal when it comes to health and fitness? If so, what is your planned timespan to reach the goals, how are you doing on your journey and what are thing you've learned so far?
  7. Something popped into my mind about the whole situation: What happens if China runs out of power to contain the virus? When the police lose power over quarantines, when hospitals are full and there is not enough people to take care of the sick as doctors tire up from working around the clock, possibly sick themselves and the amount of sick people per helping hand skyrockets If food aid cuts, wouldn't the disease then spread like wildfire as sick people stroll to the streets looking for food just to stay alive?
  8. If you are the slaves working with Amazon and the men with the whip at the same time, why would you get concerned over you whipping yourself? To me it seems like Leo is adjusting his teachings with the level of development he perceives on the one he is teaching. If I remember correctly, in his stage green video Leo explains that when green people go to developing countries and try to instill green ideas on the people living there, those teachings fail because the people are not yet ready to understand them. Leo saying that Amazon treats its workers poorly while still ordering from Amazon doesn't have to mean that he is hypocrite, it could be that understanding Amazons evilness is just a required step towards a stage of development where you don't care whether Amazon is evil or not.
  9. @LaucherJunge @Michael569 @Rilles Alright. So there is little to none to worry about.
  10. To those who say its unlikely to cause a massive plague: Are you not worried about the virus mutating into something severe? Do you think that even thought its unlikely to cause massive plague, we should still do everything and even take "overprotective" measurements to stop the disease from spreading to too many people? I haven't done research on the topic, but I've heard that the problem is not the current severity of the virus, but the fact that its highly contagious. And more it spreads, the higher chance there is for it to mutate into something extremely deadly and then we have a very contagious deadly virus in our hands. Is this true or not?
  11. @RawJudah London is perfect! Im personally 25. I dont see why you'd be too old to start pick up now. The way I see it, your ego should be better at taking hits now than it was 5 years ago
  12. @RawJudah I've read on the topic and done some cold approach (Neil Strauss 30 day challenge) however when pick up was on the top of my interest I was living in a small town where it would take 10-20 minutes before anyone between age 20-30 would walk by, so my anxieties build up immensely between every approach Gave up after about a week of 1-2 hours of cold approach a day. Now I live in a bigger city tho, so Im going to continue the work when I have more free time
  13. @RawJudah Ask your professional wingman what happens when you do this, and focus on that
  14. If you can afford it, then why wouldn't you hire a professional to help you? They are immense help no matter what skill you are developing.
  15. This app surely sounds nice on the paper, but if James Vicary couldn't get it to work for Coca-Cola and popcorn advertisement back in the day, why would this app be any different?
  16. This explains a lot about some of my actions I've taken and been ashamed of. Thanks EDIT: Just to clarify, I have not raped or forced someone to have sex with me. Its more about embarrassing situations
  17. For me it took roughly 8 years to accept myself as being bisexual. For a long time I had a lot of resentment towards being the passive one in sex. Im mainly dominant and don't actually enjoy anal masturbation, but with a partner its something else than just pure stimulation so occasionally I like to be the passive one. You dont have to be passive, but be so without judgement. There are plenty of gay men who only like to be on top, and plenty of gay men who like to only be submissive. Be as dominant as you want. If you find yourself in a gay relationship with someone who dont mind being purely bottom, then you can suggest trying out being bottom. If you dont like it, just resume being 100% dominant. Whatever the result is, you'll be one experiment richer and know a little more about yourself Or is it that you only feel gravitation towards passive sex with men, and not dominant sex at all?
  18. If homosexuality is a tabu in his culture, then his friends would only see the years of conditioning done by parents and society, and not OP himself. You would need to strip that conditioning before speaking out loud if you wanted to discover whether they "are really your bros"
  19. Hey, Short background: My primary self developement for the past 8 years were in developing my social skills, so I feel I could have the answer to your question. To me with this particular problem the root problem was selfishness. It was one of my hardest and one of the last grand lessons I learned while primarily working on my social skills, but learning and accepting the truth was the best thing that ever happened to me stress wise. Basically when a friend wouldn't answer in time to my online/phone messaging, or even worse didnt answer at all, I would then start blaming them in my mind and projecting an idea on them that "I would always answer in time, so why wont he/she do the same?" Then my insecurities took over and I began to think that they are not answering me because they don't really like me. Truth is, they didn't answer me because they just didn't have time to answer me! Not everyone are single students! Some of them work, some of them have families and partners to attend to and just can't stay on their phones 24/7! Realize that its not about respect or "Do unto other as you wish to be done unto you", its simply time management in this busy world! My advice to you is this: Learn the time patterns of your friends. You can do this easily by just analyzing their responses, response time or heck, just by asking them. It wont take long for this skill to become second nature to you. Try to figure out when your friends are at work, with their friends or spending time with their partners. You will quickly learn at what time your friend's have time to chat or not and you can quit bothering them when they really can't answer to your messages. As a bonus, you will get better answers to your messages as your friends don't have to balance between answering your pressuring messages and hosting a party Hope I helped!
  20. Thanks for the tips! Im going to grab the "Power of posture" from Naudi Aguilar right away A part of my plan is to perfect my posture early on my journey, so that I can keep track of it in case it changes due to muscular training and correct it. How did you notice the muscular imbalances in your body and how did you came to the decision that you need to correct them?
  21. Isn't that kind of obvious? Naturally its not the genes that makes one stupid relative to their peers, but the uprising. I had a pretty shitty childhood mainly because of the stupid beliefs my parents instilled into my child's brain. What saved me was Leo's wisdom and abandoning the crap my family and school taught me. If I was limited to what the school taught me and what my parents taught me, I would be an idiot on society's standards. Luckily I believed neither of them and found the true knowledge online. In my experience I seem to be some kind of an anomaly, as my 6 siblings seem to have adopted to the ways of my parents, and they hold those ways despite me trying to show them why our family's ways and beliefs are dumb. So yeah, stupid people make stupid babies and an exception proves the rule.
  22. @Hypnofrik Holy shit Using EEG in education? China is doing some next level shit! Hopefully their investment in the technology will drive it forward so all of us can enjoy from more sophisticated neural feedback! That's awesome! Our societies are developing at accelerating speed. Data collection isn't the threat going to plunge us into dark ages.
  23. @CreamCat Thing is, identifying with something hasn't worked for me when I tried it for a month every evening and morning (Imagination exercise and suggestions) But thing is, what if it didnt work because I projected the identification to a false self? As in my subconscious thought my exercise was to improve this shadow me whom I had never met, and not me. I know its a far fetch idea, but it feels true to me. Something about it feels right so Im going to put it into test. I will try to find my own true identity and then project the identification of healthy habits on that true identity, and not on the identity my mind has but subconscious might be rejecting, just like in the abstract I wrote on the earlier post
  24. This is really interesting way to look at it. Could it be that an overweight person who has problem with dieting are identifying themselves as not being the body they are, and thus losing weight becomes difficult? Like; Imagine being normal weight and then going on diet, but instead of you losing weight, you are doing all that hard work so that someone else who is overweight would lose weight. If our subconscious mind see's the situation in this way, why would it ever do the hard work? a: The subconscious already thinks its at its ideal weight, so losing more weight would be against its idea of survival b: Why would the subconscious approve of doing all that hard work just to make someone whom you haven't met lose weight? Its ridiculous idea! If this is true then we could take it a step further. You know how when a doctor prescribes you pills, you look for the first moment when you think you dont need them and then stop taking them? Well, if the pills have been prescribed to your pet, then what we often do is that we give the pills to the pet religiously exactly how the doctor ordered. Im gonna look if I can somehow squeeze this idea into the theory and see if it holds water with my own addictions EDIT: "Im gonna look if I can somehow squeeze this idea into the theory" Maybe its self love
  25. Its so obvious idea but still its not obvious and not a part of me. I always like to think that Im equal to everyone, but that Im above others because Im actualizing, Im building awareness etc. But if I am the flesh and I am the rock at the same time, why would I be more equal than the rock is? I think this could be the root problem why I have such a poor interest in strangers. I think of myself being higher than they are, so I dont feel like they are important. Of course my closest friends and co-workers are important to me, but not strangers. Because I imagine that Im above strangers, while I know that Im equal to my family and friends. This is definitely food for thought, thanks!
