Yes I think we're ran the course of the utility of representative democracy. Remember that this system was invented when your congressmen would ride on horses to get to parliament in a voyage of multiple weeks/month. Now we can have every single citizen vote on an issue and have it engraved in a blockchain for all of eternity within 24 hours. The system needs immense change and it is coming soon my people, rejoice!

I think you're being a bit neurotic and overestimating the impact that second hand smoke by walking past a dude is gonna have on you. Being hot boxed at the gym is different but on the street/park is a whole other issue. Also if you meditate often and are fully present small amounts of inhaled weed will affect your consciousness very little.

Cool story, travelling is fun I wanna do more of it. I wanna make a point that's talked against a lot of here and its money and game. People criticize it in terms of using it to attract women but although I think it's part of it, it's mostly about being able to afford the lifestyle you had. If you had a profitable online business you could move to Montenegro tomorrow if you wanted to, date one of these girls and either stay there or fundamentally do whatever you want. Which is why I don't see how money isn't the #1 factor that foretells the quality of your dating and overall life. Even if you say social skills are then I would say with money you can buy time off work to practice them and pay for a bootcamp so it always comes back to the options and freedom that having more money(especially on your terms) affords you.

Hard to have a great dating life without money. You can pull girls here and there for reference experience sure but I would say being financially independent is key. I've been trying to save to take 30 days off from work to do a 30 day challenge for a few years and it's been difficult. I could do it anyway 1 hour a day of cold approach but the mental energy spent there vs my business doesn't make sense.

Competition has just increased since social media. If you are a competitive male you're doing better than ever though. I recommend you guys work on this. If all that happened to make dating worse is open up all the other males and all the sudden your dating life plummeted that's an example of a personal short coming. Earlier societies had enforced monogamy which heavily reduces the competition and mates up almost everybody but the decentralization of dating has made that less viable. It's nothing to cry over individually and collectively as a species I believe we have many remedies to combat this.

@Emotionalmosquito Do you understand the practical applications of torture? Gathering intelligence from your adversaries through torture has been used for millennias and has many uses apart from sadism. You can also look at torture in terms of lack of efficiency in our factory farming system. Unfortunately torturing animals en masse to feed ourselves is the point in our civilization that we're at currently. 20 years from now that should change and with AI/CCTV I think that criminal torture will stop as well. I find that understand these things logically takes away from the emotional horror of it. If you're not a foreign spy or do business with criminal organizations there aren't many ways for you to end up being physically tortured by another human being so I wouldn't worry about it too much. And if it keeps you up at night to worry about human suffering consider that this is just a form of procrastination by your ego. If you really want to end it I would send at least 6 hours a day studying AI business models and you'll have huge impact on the state of the earth over the next 5-20 years.

You don't need to be ready to date to level up your social skills and build a network with access to a lot of women. Socialize weekly and build a social circle around a niche with a lot of women in it and you can build both your value and your social life.

@czar24 Pickup and dating is an emotional dance. Being good looking helps a lot but if you're autistic or closed off with your communication won't help. I'm a 6'4 model looking dude and I've struggled a lot in life with it. Best thing to do is: - 1000 cold approaches. - Building a community of wingmen and people to reflect on your seduction skills from a third person and also see them in action. - Building a wide social circle that puts you in a position of authority, access and status. You live 2 hours from Miami. The best geographical area on earth to do cold approach pickup and social circle game. If you take this seriously 6 months from now you'll have so many women in your life it'll become a liability to all the other areas of it.

So for those that haven't read my first social circle post here: I host events as I believe that Social circle game is the #1 dating strategy there is. It's a long term one but holistically it helps you meet both women and cool guys to do fun activities with you and also raise your attractiveness, status and access to partners. I've been a photographer for a few years and that transitionned into me hosting photoshoots and a fashion show in May. The fashion show was fun af, as its been a meme for years in the pickup community to start a modelling agency if you want hot girls and I'm actually doing it but it's the business model is extremely complicated and expensive. Ended up losing $2200 that show. The photoshoots are cheaper but have less scale. I turned my events into group chats and as a result I run creatives groups in multiple Canadian cities and am doing show in Calgary. We had the first music show August 7th and had the 2nd one this thursday! It's extremely complicated to figure out but if I had to put it in a simple concept it would be : offering value. Most humans live in a desert that is their boring and hard life and if you can make it better for them you start becoming an extremely valuable man(or women) to the people around you. Most average guys are barely surviving out here so if you can get passed that stage and start thriving in a way that also in involves other people then you start to become a top 1% man pretty quickly if not a top 0.01% one. There are many ways to look at dating but as an INTP I like to make things extremely logical as it removes the confusion for me and gives me a straight map to follow to get to my dreams. From my efforts these last few years I've gone from hitting my head against the wall to having multiple model show me a lot of interest and inviting me out to stuff out of the blue. I would frame it more that most guys have lost the plot and use their energy for interests that doesn't serve themselves or their families or their friends or their communities. I run a book club and an investing club and I'd say it's probably 60% more likely that a random girl finds interest in that more than an average guy. You're bias because you're a man but most men are really dumb and useless people and to paint that as admirable is pretty wild to me lol. I fill my social circle mostly with women and a few select men and it's way more effective and fun that way.

It's a great period to get into the crypto market. The genius act and clarity act just passed the house and will most likely be signed into law this/next week. I would argue that it is a legitimate get rich quick scheme and one of the only ones out there. The Crypto market cap is at 3.8 Trillion at the time of me writing this and it even reaching 5 Trillion is an insane amount of money flowing down the industry. I think its gonna be pretty much at 15 trillion by 2030. It's definitely not guaranteed and your money can go to $0, be prepared for that and do your own research but the fundamentals are solid. US banks and investment giants like Blackrock, Goldman Sachs, Fidelity, etc are building crypto positions so the market is in a completely different spot than a few years ago where internet nerds was the only thing giving it value. Theres many hundreds of hours that you can put into researching cryptocurrencies and bitcoin. I would recommend the first 9 episodes of the What is Money show by Robert Breedlove & Michael Saylor. Explains the fundamental value proposition of Bitcoin and its potential: Theres also great books by Saifedean Ammous, first of one being the Bitcoin Standard. I listened to half of the sequel, the FIAT standard and it really opened my eyes to the concept of money. Blackrock and institutions and the US government getting into Crypto is what's gonna pump the valuation of Bitcoin over $1,000,000 per coin eventually. The whole value prop of it is not only to be the little guy that fights about big banks its just to reduce financial efficiency that bleeds trillions per year in terms of global economy. @Dodo Tell me one story that I made up. @Alfonsoo There's a huge difference. Microstrategy for example focuses on convertible bonds to potentially get even more Bitcoin than if you bought it yourself. It's a scheme though and some people predict it'll not work and underperform. Then you have some people that believe in altcoins vs the bitcoin maxis and the inbetween the ETH maxis.

I'm watching the new video and I like the idea. An idea that keeps coming up though is how all the low consciousness stuff is not truth and it should be avoided in pursuit of real truth. Is duality and the low consciousness stuff not most of the point of life though? Accomplishment, mission, legacy, sex, money, power, etc is the result of a limited self on this earth exploring reality. If the point of life was really love in terms of just this ascetic existence filled with introspection, isn't that where we all came out of anyway? You could say instead of selfish destructive corruption the goal is more self sustaining "corruption" that we can all partake in. But being super anti hedonism and the pleasures of the flesh seems like an epistemic blindspot though both in traditional religion and in what Leo is preaching. Especially since Leo is an INTP(same here) which are 3% of the population and thus being at home and pondering stuff is his natural comfort zone, not necessarily a truthful way to live.
