  1. Quit social media? Yes. People are going to disagree with me. Social media is useless unless it's making money for you. Social media gives you ZERO progress towards self-development. If you're serious about self-development, you'd give it up. Social media distracts you from your true purpose in life. Feeds about Kim Kardashian, kittens dressing up as Santa, and food photos from chipotle are useless. Social media is only viable as a means to communicate with like minded people, who want to meet up or plan events/seminars.
  2. It upsets me how careless people are. Mediocrity and sloppiness is the norm, at least where I'm from. One of my goals is to change the world, to transform a person's life of mediocrity to a life of purpose.
  3. Great question but I don't want to say yes or no. I'm neutral. Typically, there's death, a burial, and eternal sleep. The heart stops, the blood stops flowing. The brain has no more blood or oxygen. Everything disappears. But something tells me that some mysterious part of you lives on. The earth remains, we turn to dust. But what happens to our subconscious? Does it manifest itself into another realm? Death - an interesting topic to ponder.
  4. I'm seeking to have more endurance and stamina. And give more orgasms. I search everywhere but I can never find content with substance.
  5. Great stuff friend. I'd like to add one thing. To get into a positive state of mind (what works for me), revisit a previous happy memory and remember it vividly as possible. Lastly, these affirmations should get you excited. That enough can get the positive emotions flowing.
  6. No problem, I'm happy to.
  7. Keep going. Never give up and never doubt yourself. Confidence is key.
  8. This is excellent. Thanks for sharing. It's a great confidence builder. I'd suggest to SS the original post - post it on your mirror for a daily reminder. Anyone else reading, I suggest reading the book Think and Grow Rich. Follow all the instructions in that book and your life will change.
  9. Hi Sarper. I'd recommend you read 2 books: Awaken The Giant Within The Power of Habit In summary, the first book I suggest, the author explains how to use pain and pleasure to your advantage. For example, you need to associate pain with using FB in someway so you can break that addiction. The second book I mentioned, the author explains that habits can be associated with: routine > cue > reward Try to replace your routine FB use with something else, but something that you can associate pleasure with (something productive). When you try new habits, seek a reward. This will get you to keep the habit going.
  10. Hey everyone! I love the topic. I do have a daily morning routine. My Daily Morning Routine 1. Wake up at 5:30 AM. 2. Say out loud my chief statement and mission statement. 3. Pray. 4. Meditate for 10 minutes. 5. Excericise. (I work on my abs and arms) 6. Smile in the mirror for 1 minute. 7. Spend 5 minutes visualizing who I will become. 8. Spend 5-7 minutes reflecting on how grateful I am. 9. Eat breakfast. (I'm going to take Leo's advice and replace cereal with smoothies.) 10. Suggest to myself how excellent, creative, committed I am. 11. I read books, work on improving my IQ, and study to become a master communicator.
