  1. As I was watching my hand during my meditation session, I realized that my hands didn't look like the image of my hands in my mind. My hands looked like what God intended them to look like. By definition, God is everything and has everything. Thus, my hand is God's hand, too. My mind is God's possession. My consciousness is God's possession. God has everything. I belong to God. I'm God's bitch. God owns me. I'm a fragment of God.
  2. I once visited a community full of hedonism, consumerism, and petty criticisms. They knew they were boasting about their recent purchases on that community. They were glad that they were spending money on luxuries that they don't need. There, I wrote about how they are wasting their lives by criticizing others instead of working on themselves. My writing was inspired by They immediately exploded. Most of them outright insulted me. One of them said I was not ready to talk to others. In my perspective, they are not open-minded. I got somewhat angry at insults, but I knew that reacting is a bad move. Instead of considering my advice, they were trying to look smarter than I do. Choose your audience wisely. Don't discount your arguments by picking wrong audiences. It seems I need to choose better people to associate with. TJ Reeves said 'cut out people who are not going to leave legacies'.
  3. @Misagh Letting go of my ego isn't quick and easy. It is going to take decades.
  4. Hyperlink is just another word for URL link. It's just a link. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hyperlink
  5. @now is forever I didn't have to rely on google picture search. Keyword search and hyperlinks led to his name.
  6. Shit, I found him by searching for "zen master post-modernism" on google. This man's name is Doshin Nelson Roshi.
  7. He once dressed like a christian priest, too. At one point, he dressed like a monk.
  8. @now is forever Perhaps, just a spiritualist with bald head who looks like a monk.
  9. That's right. Sometimes, I spot my own bullshits while I spout those bullshits on this forum. Sometimes, I see Leo seemingly contradict himself about open-mindedness by having strong convictions about social issues on his own forum. He admits that his explanations are messy and contradictory in his video. He said something in the line of "Don't just believe what I say. Prove it for yourself." Even when he is strongly convinced that he's right about some issue, we should not believe him. We should validate his points independently. Wisdom of crowd comes from an open network of independent thinkers that spans space and time.
  10. Having healthy Purple is important.
  11. @Thesingularity It has various meanings. It is also a metaphor for a group of people who know each other. Read all definitions in the following image. 7th definition says a company, group, or number of persons. 8th definition says a class or set of persons, especially one with strong common traits or interests. Tribes in modern societies usually have 7th and 8th meanings. If you stick with Leo, you will see him use words with loosely defined meanings, too. Saying "take care of your tribe" is like saying "take care of people you know personally". To master Purple, Maintain good relationships with your parents Have at least 5 good friends Establish appropriate traditions, appropriate schedules, and appropriate rituals (I have morning ritual) I recommend that you read If you want to know what I mean by morning ritual, watch the following video In that video, you can see how an Orange guy embodies Beige and Purple. To Thomas Frank, morning ritual and evening ritual are a magic for improving life. You don't know why it works, but it works. Rituals are magic.
  12. If you screw up at Beige, your efficacy in higher levels will suffer a lot. Purple is about building your tribe. If you screw up at Purple, you will become a lonely human being, and your perception of everything else will likely become distorted. Look at incels and their distorted views. If you screw up at Red, you are going to become a weakling and lack motivation. The list goes on. Most people suck at Beige. Each level should be mastered before moving up. Your life sucks because you graduated Beige before mastering it. I suggest Sleeping right Eating right Exercising right Meditating right Breathing right I suggest working on lower stages of Spiral Dynamics. You should also quit social media. Quit this forum, too if it becomes addictive. Or, even block this forum so that you will only temporarily unblock it with intention. For example, this is what it looks like to block actualized.org forum with the help of uBlock Origin.
  13. @Thesingularity You still have tribes. You belong to various tribes. You belong to your direct family and your extended family. You are a member of a tribe called you and your friends. Your company is a tribe. A tribe is usually a group whose number doesn't exceed 150 people which is dunbar's number. A small fraternity in college is also a tribe.
  14. @Thesingularity Think of it this way. Even if you intend to stay on Orange, you should still master lower stages. Beige // Survival, Exercise, Food, ... Purple // Nuturing your tribe, your family, your friends, ... Red // Motivation to stick to your values Blue // Developing values and principles Without those fundamentals, it's hard to make progress.
  15. That's right. Every stage has something to offer. Many people should work on Beige again. They don't sleep well and don't eat well. Because they don't get fundamentals right, they screw up higher stages. If you screw up at Beige, you can't succeed in higher stages.
  16. Hamburg reminds me of hamburger.
  17. Do you mean feedback? I wouldn't take destructive criticisms like insults seriously. What do you do about insults and otherwise useless criticisms devoid of useful information? You suck! You are ignorant You are an idiot Fuck you You don't know nothing Your work is terrible. Your work is disgusting. You are a terrible human being. You are disgusting! You are an abomination. You are a maggot !! You are wrong! You are just a hater, aren't you? Admit it. You are a hater. You will fail if you keep doing the thing you cherish. Loser. Anyone who does it will fail. Do what I do, and you will succeed. Sucker! You will never get good at it. ...
