  1. Knowing people have different ways about living life. Perhaps for you, you don't seek meaning out of life, and that is okay too.

I remember taking a myers brigg personality type test, and I came out as INFJ, and they said this personality type seeks a deeper meaning to their life. And, I thought huh? I thought everyone is like that, but not I guess not..? EVERYONE MAY BE DIFFERENT.

  2. I know that it is helpful to spend money (to an extent) with an abundance mindset. In other words, have the positive belief that I am wealthy and money comes easily to me because I attract what I vibrate and believe so. However, I do think it's also important to balance with saving money and investing it especially on tools to help start up my business, such as going to networking events, seminars, and books.

Any input on balancing between spending a lot yet, knowing especially where to spend money on, important things that would help me in my business.

  3. Usually when you binge eat, it is for numbing some discomfort or pain. A lot of people eat unhealthy when times of stress or depression. I find that I'm able to eat healthy when I'm able to maintain high satisfaction levels so I don't need junk food to lift my mood. In other words, I rely on other healthy coping mechanisms (such as meditation, yoga, having a life purpose) than unhealthy ones, like food for comfort to sustain a happy and healthy lifestyle.

  4. Hey everyone,

So my dream career involves singing and I am fearful/shy singing in front of my family. This is a perfect opportunity to practice facing fear which is an obstacle I will probably face a lot on my journey, yet I'm not sure if it's more effective to find a work-around solution such as living on my own, in which case I don't have the opportunity to get good at overcoming fear but I may be more easily work on my art and make progress.

    Thanks in advance :)

My take is the latter option if I try face my fear after a good chunk of time.

  5. You don't want to quit because of your fear of failure you say? Well, this is a perfect opportunity to face your fear of looking like a failure if that's what you meant. Or is what you meant more like you equate failing with quitting. Quitting is NOT failure, when you quit something that you don't enjoy doing and you are not good at it, then it is good.
