  1. Hello. Ist is just a myth! Chicken eggs are high in cholesterol but the effect of egg consumption on blood cholesterol is minimal. Most people can eat up to 10 eggs and there is no increase of their risk of heart disease. But if you like eggs and don't want the extra cholesterol you can eat only the egg whites. They contain no cholesterol.
  2. Hello. I will suggest you to start training street workout. I was skinny like you and decided to change my life. Every day I woke up with passion and gave my best to gain weight. I began eating so much. I didn't have appetite and ate 2-3 times a day. Now I eat 4-5 times a day and I feel gorgeous after workout. My life is changed in a better way definitely.
