It is not I who remembers the member name and password. Just as breathing happens, the heart beats, the liver and kidneys function, and the memory simply arises in awareness. The “I” that claims, “I remember,” is just a thought. Awareness notices, awareness holds, it is within awareness that the remembering happens in Now. -

Not actually alive. Call it God, Pure Consciousness, Allah, etc... Actually it has no name, because any name belongs to mind. Therefore, what is always here. That's. -

Ego is not alive, you believe in it, and therefore alive. İf you be simply witness of these thoughts or beliefs, after some time, witness and witnessed, attachments or thoughts dies. By meaning comedy is not blaming or making fun. -

İf you believe or attached to, there is "somebody" that's the ego. İf word of "somebody" arise and falls within awareness and not attached to it, that's the Truth. Your case is ego. -

Enlightenment is simply resting in Truth / in pure Consciousness. The body belongs to itself, moving and living in its own way. In direct seeing, it is revealed that everything is made of pure Consciousness. You shine upon all, not as body, not as mind, but as the light of Pure Consciousness itself. Therefore, Our essence is one and identical, and therefore Love is inevatible. Body and mind are only instruments to communicate, to share, to care, to hug, to cry, and to Love. If someone says, ah there is no one, why do "I" care? See, there is still an I, self or ego (as the video). -
Right now, what you call "i" is not present. The body writes, laughs, talks, and smiles, yet the “me” or the mind is completely in deep sleep. The mind is asleep, but the so called eyes or consciousness, though there is no one to name it are still perceiving. This is total giving up. No “me” arises. In truth, there is no action. Self is only still, unmoving, untouched, the silent witness in which all unfolds, while the body moves, laughs, and accepts, yet not through me. Self is only still, unmoving, untouched, the silent witness in which all unfolds. Is there anything above this? Actually, no. Because the asker itself was the body and mind. When they vanish, there is no one left to ascend, to seek, or to know. Only the moment, fully, effortlessly, completely. Self is only still.

Life, in its purest form, is neither owned nor experienced by a “me.” It simply appears and disappears effortlessly, like images in a dream. When thoughts are absent, there is no ego, no doer, no ownership. Only the natural unfolding of body and mind. Every movement, every breath, and every sensation arises and vanishes within Pure Consciousness, untouched and unclaimed. Even a simple act like walking to the kitchen becomes a profound example. When there is no thought interfering, the body moves smoothly, guided by its own intelligence, and life flows as it is. There is no sense of “me” walking, no ownership of the act, no continuity of self, just the effortless arising and vanishing of movement within emptiness. Thoughts, however, can interfere and temporarily create a sense of life as “solid” or “owned.” When fear, attachment, or expectation arises, the ego claims the moment: “I am moving, I am doing, I am experiencing.” In these moments, life appears heavier, as if it belongs to someone, rather than simply unfolding on its own. Returning to the kitchen example, notice that even if the hands reach for the door, the steps proceed naturally. The body knows what to do; the mind may whisper, but it is only when thought attaches that the ego emerges and claims life as personal. Without this interference, life is vivid, dreamlike, and empty / arising and disappearing freely. This demonstrates a subtle yet powerful truth: Pure Consciousness never touches, owns, or experiences life. What we call experience arises only when thought attaches and gives solidity to the moment. In its absence, life flows like water, effortless, and unclaimed. In essence, walking to the kitchen or any ordinary action can reveal this natural law. When thought interferes, ego arises and life seems personal; when thought ceases, ego disappears, and life flows vividly yet unexperienced, appearing and vanishing in perfect emptiness. Thought arises and life appears: When the mind generates a thought, the ego claims ownership, creating a sense of “me” and giving life solidity. Thought ceases and life vanishes: When there is no thought, there is no ego, no doer, no ownership. Life unfolds effortlessly, vivid yet unclaimed, and dissolves naturally. Body moves naturally, smoothly, without control. If thought interferes (fear, expectation, or attachment), ego temporarily claims life as “mine.” Without interference, life is dreamlike: fingers reach, feet step, breath flows, yet no one experiences it. This illustrates that Pure Consciousness is the backdrop, unchanging and untouched, while life arises and disappears on its own. Best Regards,

Imo, logical framework or mind is needed to surrendering or putting entire Trust in Truth, God or Allah. And rest is surrendering that mind. And just let It take over. -

Imagine, body and mind with working it's own. There is no need to control whatsoever. Moreover, you is vanished. How can be more resting than this? 😊 -

When freedom comes self protection / ego / mind works against it inevitably. Because, it all purpose is to control therefore limitation. -

Solipsism actually very great imagination and funny. Such as imagining the god have a mind like so called human beings, and thinking like so called human beings, and realizing that god realized that he is all alone. 😊 -

I was a super sensitive person. Whatever happened to me was I suffered a lot and gave up. Meanwhile, that I was all accumulation of thoughts and never there. Body and mind was always it's own. Moreover, you can be still and watching, and at the same time let body and mind work together. Therefore , I am on the forum. Because, literally body and mind works with harmony and love. Therefore, helping to others, not only people, animals, trees etc.. , sharing, caring is inevitable. Many people says that reason of enlightenment is recognition of what You really are, meanwhile You are always what You are, therefore You can not recognize what You are, only be. Because of that, reason of enlightenment is Love. Direct seeing that every thing is made out of Being. You shine on all, not you as body or mind. But, all our essence is identical. Just body and mind a tool to communicate, share, care, hug, cry and Love. -
There comes a point on the path where awareness no longer feels like an effort. At first, we try to “return” to being present, to bring ourselves back from thought. But gradually, it becomes natural, as simple as breathing. Even when the mind races, the moment awareness shines on it, thoughts dissolve like mist before the sun. The key is surrender. Instead of trying to control the mind or force stillness, one lies back within. The body knows how to move, breathe, act. The mind knows how to think, create, resolve. But none of this needs a separate “me” to manage it. When the illusion of control is released, body and mind reveal their own intelligence. Resting in this way is not laziness; it is the deepest trust. The body cleans the house, speaks, or walks without strain. The mind brings thoughts without clinging. Life flows on its own. What remains is a peace beyond effort, beyond struggle. Ego thrives on tension, on resistance, on the feeling of “I must.” But resting is so sweet, so natural, that the ego loses its grip. There is no room for aggression, hype, or conflict when everything is already unfolding harmoniously. This surrender is not only for oneself. It is for family, for society. A person without the burden of “me” lives in gentleness, openness, and love. The absence of control reveals a presence that is more caring, more peaceful, and more human than any ego could ever create. Best Regards,

It is actually watching the movie (which is made out of you) trough the body. Body and mind works with perfect harmony and beauty. You rest. 😊 -

Hey my brother. I think, Bruce Lee and Jerry June do philosophy is different ways of surrendering, however they all point out to surrendering in different ways. Because, what will or can achieve? -

Who is exactly that "somebody"? -
James123 replied to James123's topic in Spirituality, Consciousness, Awakening, Mysticism, Meditation, God
Exactly 💯. No. Knowledge to absence of grasping to knowledge. Just using as a tool to communicate. -
Where there is the "me" and the "you", conflict exist. Hatred is born in division. Love flowers only in the absence of the "you" that separates itself from life. God is not a belief but that immensity which is present when the self is absent. The fight is not really between you and God. It is between your ego and your own heart. Hatred is the language of the ego; Love is the fragrance of God. The moment you drop the "you", God is revealed as your own being and only Love remains. With Love,
