If people can say "I love you" without any expectation, and act that way, ego inevitably vanishes. There is no need for seminar, retreats, psychedelics, reading, understanding etc... Just to say "I love you" something or someone without any expectations from the deepest place of the heart.

Reincarnation is a human beings hope to live more. But this is the end. No more life, heaven etc... We come from nothing, we go back to nothing, which is what We are. How you gain the knowledge of your birth, death is surrendering of it, which is end of all desires, pleasures, pains etc... So called body includes billions of cells, if one has problem, body is done. You have no control whatsoever. It is not. It is only so called happens via attachments to thinking. Let the moment take care of it, be witness. Merge with moment, and meet with Love. No one has control whatsoever.
