Just be witness and be conscious of where and what You already are. Not even move nor began. After that being conscious of going and coming back belongs to the self. Not You.

"You" is trying to end suffering, therefore taking action, therefore, there is a you suffers from the pain, which is an attachment. Be effortless or just be. Even pain arises, actually there is no you to suffer. And when one deeply witness of pain, and closely look at it, actually, there is nothing there.

That's amazing. For beginning, it is just very tough to only sit without any distraction, judgement, expectations, thoughts are etc... therefore, just sitting is so difficult in the beginning. However, when one starts to sit on daily basis 5 after 10 after 30 after 1 hour sittings, it's become quite is easy to just sit. Specially, after 1 hour quite sitting opens to gate to long sittings such as 3 to 6 hours or 12 hours. Moreover, in the beginning attachment with thoughts are inevitable. However, one can be witness of the thoughts. And one day, thoughts disappear and that's when attachment with time vanishes. Imo, sitting in darkness and silence is the key. Much love. Best Regards,

What worked for me is, constantly being aware and witness in the thoughts that arises in the moment and sometimes keep chanting "LA ilahe illallah" during the day every moment (whatever I was doing). At night, just sitting the silence and darkness.

It hurts the "i" right. 😊 However, it is patronizing to "you", but absolutely helping to "you to be dropped and conscious or Be of Real You". Dont trust that "i". The biggest enemy is yourself. The answer of my questions is infinity, mind, universe are all beliefs attachment to knowledge, as said before. Can you be alive if you never learned anything? 😊 your entire life story or any experiences is just an attachment of thinking. And if you ask what is thinking? I don't want to be jerk or like keep coming on you guys. However, I have a question; This is what the web says the interaction between knowledge and experience; "Experience often leads to a more nuanced understanding of a subject, but one can have knowledge without having had the corresponding experience." According to your experience; mind takes psychedelics and experience, become or realize one's true self or absolute Truth is infinity. Moreover, meaning or experiencing of infinity covers anything and everything. Therefore, experiencing infinity covers the mind. However, you have already know what is the infinity before the experience, only experience made more connection or understanding with the infinity. Did you learn any new word or language etc... that you have never had a knowledge before the experience with the experienxing of infinity? Moreover, have you ever considered that, if there is no mind in first place how one can experience what infinity is with taking psychedelics or sober? Therefore, absolute Truth can not be experienced, realized or depends on knowledge. Only, Be.

If you are actual (for you), hell is actual. If you be conscious of "you" is a belief itself, hell is metaphorical. No. Hell is the attachment of ego, body or mind. Actually, it is your own self punishment, with attachment to body or mind. Because , you are not body nor mind. And when you jerk off you attached to them. Moreover, death is surrendering those attachments. And if you are addicted to body (porn is a proof), believe me you will have hard time to surrendering. There is no "me, any thought (including universe or infinity) can not pass there. 😊

Hell is an attachment. However, if you are attached with any belief, experience etc... hell is a place that, that any belief therefore, you, is burning to ashes, actually not even ashes, till nothing left from you.
