  1. i know i am at the beginning but this journey has so many gifts. it is a one of the fastest ways for enlightenment and having a great life. i thought to make this thread when i will live on very little food or non at all to show off but i think all the proofs are there, ,maybe not hard science proof but this this big movement wouldnt exist if it wouldnt work. so i will post here and answer questions. there are lots of free and paid resources online and i am encourage you to join me, slowly and safely without doing anything irresponsibly .   2. i dont want to be mean but my reaction is " wtf is this crappy answer????" have you learned about all the process and options about this practice that you give me this answer? there is 0 starvation in breathrianism. there is some fasting but no starvation and no one is starving themselve for so long. also chatgpt dont have any info about breathrianism so i wouldnt use it for this topic at all. not eating=/ fasting. if you are nourished from prana you will have same weight. my process is just getting more pranic nourishment and eating less, if i am losing weight i will eat more to stabilize till i can eat less and have the same weight this is initiation practice (very intense and extreme): jasmuheen new process is very slow and safe, no initation : here some more , there are lots of videos so it is kinda hard to find the best answer: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=t1MidES5fws
  3. why would you ruining your health with it? you can do it very slow. even if you choose initiation, you can do it with water which it pretty safe. there are 0 risks involved unless you yolo it without precautions. in which way you think it can fuck you? this process can be reversed easily. breatherianism is playing it safe. there are people in their 80s doing initiations and becoming breatherians

  5. why do you make fun of breatherianism? the fact that you dont agree with the topic and it is taboo do not mean it is ok to make fun of it why would it been proven in science way? you have so many proof of all kinds of supernatural phenomena in all kinds of researches and non is consider creadible... have you seen the full video of the last one i sent you? it is about a researcher that do science with breatherians. also you have one with ray maor that i put in the videos in the beginning also you have this research ( it is also in the videos in the begining but it is more of a small part of it) ofcourse non is good enough for science, they just deny it and that it. this is how science works

  7. sorry for misunderstanding your comment. breatherian is a breather of god. some do use breathing exercises and some dont. it is not central to breatherianism. energy cultivation is central. breatherianim is food freedom, it is not a diet like veganism. it is like financial freedom, you can work if you want but you dont have to. here it is the same, you can eat if you want but you dont have to. usually breatherians drink things from a pure liquid to a paste and less than 500-300 calories a day. maybe they will eat one or two times a week. same as financial freedom, you can work but it will tax you in some way. breatherians want to not tax their body and be more conscious humans and sleep less (or non at all) and have more energy and so on. this is why they tend to have a diet that tax the body the least so they can enjoy taste with small negative effects. being more spiritual is being more conscious, more aware of Truth with a capital T , having more psychic abilities and so on. usually breatherians tend to drink every day and some eat a little but every day because it makes them too sensitive and conscius. it is also a great way to safe money on psychedelics because you tend to be more sensitive. what you are basing your ideas that it is nonsensical and fantasy based? on society? how you can claim something that you have not checked and learned and talked with people that are living on prana? the fact it is taboo and not known in society do not make it not true at all. same with psycadelics and all kinds of spiritual practices. if your heart want those benefits in your life just research. you dont put yourself in danger to research and practice it slowly and safely. this is why i started. i didnt belive it but i saw it is safe and fun practice so i tried it. living on prana if existing for 6000 years. from china to india and even christian monks. almost every religion there are people that living on nothing or just a little bit breatherians just fast once a week, meditate and have some programming. you are probably doing something very simillar. why you think it is not real? in almost every culture you have breatherians. this "docu" is really crappy tbh. breatherian is food freedom, nothing wrong about going to a restaurant and eat. there are so many misinformation and lies that it will take me too much energy. i cant "prove" it to you with comments. there is no hard science for it. there is some research about it but alot of people do not accept it so it is usless to show you it too. if you are intrested you need to watch and read alot. think about it, talk with breatherians and practice to see if it is true for yourself. if breatherianism is not true than it is a death cult. death cults tend to die and not flourish and expand and reach to more and more people. this movement existing from the 90s and some people have been there from the 70s. this is a scientist that is checking every year people in the pranic festival. very intresting results i will. i am getting so many gifts from this journey that it is really hard for me to not talk about it and encourage people to try it breatherians live on prana. they consume not physical food. if you dont consume anything, even not prana you will die
  8. breatherianism is to live without food, not learning how to breath.... there are many reasons for it. mainly the freedom to eat whenver you want and get more energy, less sleep, be more spiritual
  9. dont worry, i am doing it very slowly. if you are intrested in the topic for any reason just look at the videos i provided and ask questions. you can start just by meditation everyday, yoga/chigong and 1 time a week to fast (any type of fast). this is pretty much the process just with some extras

  12. jasmuheen,Victor Truviano ,Prahlad Jani . to get to be breatherian you need to be at calibration level of 500, so it is kinda to get there you need to meditate alots and when you are able to nourished by it you get even more enlighten. just the detox it gives you and less strain on the body gives you so much that it makes the journey easy
  13. true but you can make it faster. you just do breatherianism practice and then some meditation one. the energy that you get from faster will make your meditate better and then again you can fast more and so on till you are done there are many processes, i followed elitom elamin but i stopped and now if follow jasmuheen. i prefer the slow options because they are not risky and have higher success rates. also you dont have to get to level 4. most of people are level 3 or 2 even. it is food freedom so slower is better i think that there are other way to make material in the world. you can make any energy to any material and any material to any energy. idk how but it can work. i dont bother about theory that much, too much to deal with. just try it yourself and see, it is pretty safe. idk because you still need shelter, internet, water to wash your body, friends, family, a car and so on. it is certainly making phisical living more easy for sure it is slow process, for me it is pretty good so far. also you need to move to lighter food overtime and it makes it easier. you can start from 16/8 and move slower too or calorie restrictions and so on. it is all depends on how much time you put into learning, the more you know the easier it gets . also safety first

  16. i copied it, it might not be the best. i dont agree because breathearians do not eat anything. the fact that they have slower metabolism is only part of the explnanation in which way? i do get why they are starving, it is pretty hardcore and long process to be a breatharian
  17. hmmmmmmmm if you dont practice it you are not a breatharian, especially if you are not aware. how it works is still a mystery for me. some say it is just prana and thats it, some say it is energy that air gets from the sun. some think it is some use of electricity. in qigong you have bigu practice which is fasting and lots of research about qigong you can see with electricity so maybe qi is just elecricity? idk really you have lots of people that are level 3 and some 4 and talking about it online. breatheirans are alwayas eating just not taking energy from food but from other sources pretty much. 3 and 4 levels are still living on prana pretty much tbh, how someone can live one 300-400 calories a day? and most of the calories are fresh fruits too. part of the trick is that their body becomes really good at recycling water and minerals and all kinds of stuff, but still doesnt explain how to live on so little for so long. i wrote about the explanation in the quote above you . what you mean by light body? there are body builders that are pranic and they have lots of muscles but they muscles don't weigh much. you are eating the purest food so some say it leads to immortality. but the body still decays, maybe slower but you can still die from all kinds of problems . also usually they believe in reincarnation and some can see how they will be after they are dead so i guess they do want to die. really common in yogic tradition to choose to die or living on prana and things like that . so idk about not dying but if you can live on prana it is the best diet you can have for sure. they are not soylent drinkers and protein shakers. they are living on fresh fruits and vegetables, sometimes just the juice and less than 400 calories and sometimes they dont eat at all and do it for many years and be healthy and develop muscles . they do not look out of concentration camps, they look healthy and some gain lots of muscles. level 4 can not drink or eat for forever, there are people that dont drink or eat for more than 20 years in the community. i think you dont have any hard data right now (you do have some) on this topic and it is kinda like proving god or enlightment and stuff like that. if you feel you have a calling just practice it. it is safe practice and just explore yourself safely and see if you live on prana or not. no one gonna win in intellectual arguement about this topic because the data and theories are not good enough but the practice is pretty good and solid i think. especially if you like fasting and meditation and exercise. i do belive in it but i dont mind if it is pure bullshit because i am having so much fan and feel so good and it really helps my life in many ways. worst case scenario is that i had fun and got some mental medicine becoming more healthy,eating better food and have more muscle, best case senario is worst case senario + food freedom.
  18. try fasting if you like this feeling, feels amazing. just make sure to not rush it and meditate everyday and exercise frequently. also not eating meat and animal products can really help with light feelings. personally meat effects me alots , eggs is kinda ok for me for now
  19. pranic living is exploration and fun for me. not dogma and religion. if i am having fun and i am safe i can explore as much as i want. there is pretty big amount of evidence that it is real. also you feel better and can sleep less too and not worry about nutrition because you getting the best food possible. for me it is not forcing, my body just wants to eat less and less. i feel like i am still over eating and i should eat less. it just happened naturally if you practice it. breatharians do have low fat levels (women tend to have more fat ). lots of people just exercise and do bodybuilding to look good and not very skinny. exercising is part of the pranic way too.

  21. 1. is beliving that the knowledge is true 2. is practicing and getting results. in level 2 you can get to the amount of eating less than recommended and still feeling great which is living on prana pretty much 3. this is the initiation level but it is living on more prana. technically you live on prana before this level. also it is about freedom, you can be at level 3 and get back to level 2 because you want to
  22. so Breatherianism is not a good name really , the right name should be food freedom. it is all about how much food you choose to eat a day rather than normal level or high level. ofcourse it takes time to get to level 4 but you can go backwards if you want because it is all about feedom. usually people stop at level 3 but idk where it will take me tbh. i am just having fun for now i feel way better, worry less about hunger, have more energy, sleep better , i am using food less for emotions, i have more clarity. it is really like a mental therapy for me. also i am exercising more and got more muscle too which is nice. i really hope that i will eat food only for fun and not for the need of my body. it is all about freedom overall and having fun. why dont you start now? this way of life you need to just mediate everyday and fast once a week. there is more practices and info but the basics will get you most of the results

But skeptics argue that: He could just be fasting and eating in secret as doctors recommend. He might be lying for money, fame, or other reasons. His muscular physique could be due to a well-planned diet rather than breatharian practices. So, is he lying? And if so, why? Why Would a Breatharian Lie? Money? If he’s doing this for money, it doesn’t add up. He already has a well-paying job in high-tech, and his retreats are relatively cheap—€2,500 for nine days, including a room (but no food, obviously). These retreats usually have fewer than ten participants, and most people only attend once in their life. If he wanted to make money, he could easily earn more by teaching yoga or something similar. Risk vs. Reward These retreats are dangerous. Why would he take such a huge risk for so little financial gain? If he were only in it for profit, this seems like a terrible business decision. Fame? If he’s seeking fame, it doesn’t seem worth it. He’s mostly ridiculed online, has a harder time dating and making friends, and barely gets any attention these days compared to eight years ago. Yet, he continues doing this year after year. If fame were his goal, why keep going when it’s not benefiting him anymore? A Cult or Personal Gain? Unlike some spiritual movements, he doesn’t have a group of devoted followers. He’s not gaining power, status, or sex from this. So if he’s lying, what’s the motivation? The Big Questions: Are breatharians lying? If so, what’s their real reason? If they’re not lying, could their claims actually be true? If breatharianism is real, it sounds like an amazing way to live.
