The good news is that I have found a new boyfriend. Well I don't know if I can call him that just yet. He has been calling me his hot baby since a few days. Slightly older than me. To be honest 4 years older. He is incredibly handsome. At first I fought with him badly. I was nervous. I kept his number. I didn't want to delete it. I met him on a dating site. I didn't trust him. Then weeks passed by. Then months. I had completely forgotten him. I even forgot what he looked like. I began dating other men. I don't even know how many. Some of them just dropped off by their own due to lack of contact. Some of these guys are really busy needs. Nevertheless I like them. So long story short, Two days back, I pinged him on Snapchat. He reactivated my number. I didn't get much info on the chat deleted. So I just said hi. An awkward Hi. He replied. At first he was pissed off. He told me that I must be an arrogant fool. Then I chased him a bit. He wanted to say some lovely things. And then his heart melted. He didn't want to let me go. At first I thought he might be a psycho. The secret admirer kind of psycho. But he is not. He is again the nerdy types. He deals with computers and codes. I am not great with technology so we can't have a conversation on that. The real good news is that he is supportive. He does get serious but doesn't pester me.

Certain things that act as a wall My mother's behavior Money issues sometimes. Like if I want to buy something expensive and I can't I really feel demoralized in a way as though I cannot get stuff done. Cognitive reframing.. Look at this way now. You can think of things in the sense of failure and success. If things didn't go as planned(first make a solid plan to begin with) and then do a follow up. During the follow up if things didn't go as planned, then just call it a failure. Don't quit though. Try again on some other day. Last week I had this insight that even if I am not able to complete my goal because of some intangible reason, don't give up. Cognitive reframing again. Tell yourself. This is possible. Or I tried the tangible part. Like for example. I can move a chair. This is tangible. But if I have to finish a big project, I don't feel confident enough. I bought a new blanket. A thicker one. Summer is over. Winter is coming. It was an expensive blanket. An investment I made because I have been catching cold since last few weeks to the point that I developed sinus. I still didn't feel confident to buy a blanket ?????? See this is what I was talking about. A cognitive block. A sabotage. I just don't do the things that are necessary to fix my health. I put it off or I feel insufficient in some way.

Maybe in the future there will be better more user friendly AI that uses different technology to map our imaginations. Still it's not as bad and much cheaper than hiring a real employee who could charge a lot for finished pieces.

To be honest, I don't appreciate the word AI slop, it's overly used and needlessly used because AI is so helpful to so many people in a very big way, to dismiss it as AI slop really denigrates the deeper value of AI. I have a friend who writes a huge bunch of code using AI. So there you go.

Well God doesn't need a salesman. Humans do. Religion has superficial benefits that almost any united community can offer. Religious communities are fundamentally biased though because they tend to give extreme weight to every word as though it's descended from God. That's actually the real danger within.

I have diabetes. And diabetes medication tends to decrease reserves of Vitamin B12. Focus also on trauma. Trauma recovery. Watch videos on it. I want to go deeper into what mother wound looks like. What should a therapist say to me that will benefit me? Maybe come up with a very constructive plan rather than just fluffy words and tiny steps that don't really have much impact. I don't wish to talk about anything that isn't relevant to me in a significant way. Be confident. Write things down. It's not about how you feel but also how you want to feel all the time. If you want to feel good. Then go feel good. Do it. Convert your feelings into aspects that will generate such feelings. It's like chasing your own tail. Chase your own feelings instead wanting stuff to feel a certain way to reward you with that feeling. This is how you have greater control instead of allowing things to control you. Don't look at things that judge you. Remember cognitive reframing. How to have sharp focus? Learn the fundamentals thoroughly. Focus on morning motivation and define it. Eat well. Limitations limitations limitations. If I hit a wall then call it a limitation. That's all it is.

Make a list of journaling prompts. My concerns Lack of time management Lack of optimization What to do when you hit a wall? Write those walls. Write a prayer. Write one positive post Write one appreciation post I don't think I have adhd. Yesterday I went to a therapist for autism screening and assessment. I received a high score, potentially above average. So my psychiatrist explained to me that I am on the autism spectrum. Now I'm curious what I can do about it. I bought a bunch of supplements today. Obviously hiding from a family member. Because my family is never supportive of my diagnosis. I even got a vitamin B12 supplement today.

Along with autism. Or they overlap.

I have been able to do one out of these and that is waking up on time everyday. It has remained a good habit since the past week. But I haven't been able to relax. I think I want more out of life. Treat life like a project. Progress not perfection.

I didn't know that. Thanks. I wear gold a lot. I never saw any skin discoloration though. But maybe consuming gold is an entirely different thing. -
This is so true. I always felt like I wanted to be supplemented by traits I would adore in a male counterpart.

I would have wanted to drink or eat gold in very minute quantities just to see what benefits it gives to the circulatory system. -
I can't seem to count on a lot of women who wish to be worshipped. That seems a bit odd to me. I have seen a lot of women who wish to be loved and that's quite different from wanting to be worshipped. A lot of women have very low self esteem so I don't know where you got the idea of self love. Men lack self love too. Men and women attract each other due to similarities and polarities, some social and biological conditioning and obvious sexual attraction.

That's a good way to put it. But a religion can easily open doors to corruption, cultism and dogma and if it keeps extending cause large scale harm.
