Of course I know this is war propaganda, and probally meant more for the international community more then anyone else, but I thiink the sentiment is good, and atleast the idf does not act as bloodthristy outwards as others have made me fear they would.

@Leo Gura How can you know Netanyahu's true intention? I dont disagree with you, but I wondring how you can be sure of his intention or how it is being biased beliving so? I have actually feared that the israelis would do their own genocide on the palestinians after the hamas terror, like for real! It have bothered me for days, been sad for humanities sake seen all the insane bloodthirsty people on twitter, I am not on twitter because I vaule my sanity, but I see stuff from twitter on reddit, MPs and israelis calling for genocide. I have never bought the crap about israel or idf being any more moral than anyone else.

Hey, @Leo Gura I wanted to ask you about something. You see, I've been struggling with anxiety for quite a while now, and it's been causing me a lot of distress. I experience intrusive thoughts and severe muscle pain because of it. It's been tough. But here's the thing, I've been using your guided meditation videos on YouTube for over three years, hoping it would help ease my anxiety. Unfortunately, it hasn't improved much. but, it help for the muscle pain, However, I've come to realize that I've suffered enough, and I'm ready to make a change in my life. I must say, your teachings have resonated with me deeply most of them. I particularly loved the insights from the video on the power of letting go and your blog post about internal family systems. They've opened my eyes to different approaches, and I believe they could both be beneficial for me. You've made a real impact on me, and I appreciate your videos. My biggest challenge is this constant worrying that consumes me. Even during meditation, I hear this voice inside me saying things like, "I feel unsafe," "I'm afraid," or even calling out for my mom. It's unsettling, to say the least. So, I've been wondering if internal family systems might be a suitable approach to address these issues, or if I should focus more on learning how to let go. On another note, I've noticed that my anxiety tends to latch onto various topics or situations almost at random. It's like it needs an outlet to express itself. For example, I might worry about thinking the wrong thoughts at one moment, and then suddenly I'll be anxious about having HIV at another. It's scary, and strange, I know. Recently, I've even found myself getting unreasonably worried about exploring awareness. crazy, stuff! To give you an idea of what happens, I'll read a sentence that triggers me, and then I'll be hit with this intense fear of something negative happening. It spirals from there, with my thoughts is consumed by fear worry that x have or will happen. I asked myself why am I afraid and the answer I got back was it is a scary world. I'm hoping you could share some tips or guidance on how to address and overcome this, cause I want to fix it from the root. Thank you

I think a winning stratgey for the Democrats is to become much more left-wing when it comes to ecconmics and more social Conservative when it comes to the trans and gender stuff.

@Leo GuraI like and appreciate Joe Biden for what he has done in office, but I really would like if Gavin Newsom ran or even better the newely elected Pennsylvania govenor Josh Shapiro ran for pres, Shapiro is a very moderate democrat and I think he can appeal good with independents and has not been fearmongerd about by the rightwing to the same degree as Newsom. We will probaley not see either in 2024, but for 2028 I am hopeful.

Hey, guys! today I was going to go on a date with a girl that I am talking to on tinder, this was meant to be out first date. But, I had to cancel because of work. So what’s the problem? Well yesterday I was confirming with her that we were going on a date today, before that I had not talked with her for a week. So When I found out today we could not meet to the planned time tonight, I gave her two options to do it later tonight or another day, so she agreed with another day, she thought it would be to late today. So I feel abit sad and insecure right now, and I am wondring if should try to set up a new date with her immediately or wait? Any tips @Leo Gura
