@Leo Gura okey, i kinda think we are talking over eachother, like i feel you talking about absoultte happiness or something. People do small things like playing soccer, etc and other things, and their overall happiness increase. I feel like telling people happiness is to be a hermit is wrong.

@Leo Gura are you comparing playing soccer with your friends, with hitting someone in the face. That’s abit silly. Maybe I just misunderstood the the post, because I got an emotional reaction of the friendly competition part is not happiness.

@Leo Gura Leo, what did you mean with this post? Ive had hard time understanding why competition should not lead to happiness. In my personal experience competition has been a source of happiness, like playing football and gaming with/against friends. Not saying a profound happiness but still, yeah, brought me joy.

Hey guys, I came over this picture from Reddit it is small section of a U.S. government issued WWII era "Army Talk" pamphlet describing how to identify American fascists. The pamphlet was only meant for Army officers and not for normal infantry. What I love about the pamphlet is of how meticulous it is written, no bullshit here, probably shout be expected, but it is so rare today. It explains the MAGA movement to a T. I think the u.s/gop is the most grave threat to human devlopemted right now. They are threating and strong arming the hold world. feel a bit depressed because of all this, because liberalism seems to be useless agianst facism. is Iran as bad as people say?

I think alot of americans dont understand how taxes work in alot european countries, yes there high top tax for the highest earners but no where near 60% lol. @Leo Gura yeah, I remember that. I got it for christmas, but returned it because of the problems they had. Never played it though, but I think they pulled a no man's sky and made a good game.

@Leo Gura Dont quite agree on that from my on experience. I had a episode some years ago where I got very distressed by a vulgar thought that caused me alot of greif. I have anxiety and ADD aswell I think the ocd thougts proabley came from that, but never mind, Your video guided meditation and letting go techinqu really helped, just let the thought be and let my the mind do what It want was the soultion, and after some time the problem or ocd stopped. I have a lot of thoughts through out the day and the feeling when I meditate and just reach the state where its just silence is amazing.

@Leo Gura I wont lie, but I am afraid of the future. I am european but trump/gop is corrupting the whole world. Racism has become more prevlante than it has been for a long time, and yeah, I just feel progressives and liberals are losing.

@Leo Gura Can you explaine what you mean by seeing reality? I often see when we are debating a hot topic it often ends up with two diffrent sides. I have tried eduacte me on this topic and I have to a degree.I used chatgpt and read about this. I cant real see what trump is doing is that extreme with cracking down on illegal immigration , but it is extreme when you see with the lager maga ideology, the racism, the corruption etc.

I’ve been following your political takes for a long time. You have talked about systemic racism, I will just mention this qutoe from Lyndon B. Johnson, “Negro poverty is not white poverty.” Honestly, I think the Democratic Party should be working to fix issues around systemic racism and economic inequality. Black people in the U.S. face unique challenges, and let’s be real, a lot of the so-called “anti-woke” stuff about Black issues is just plain racism.
