Any recommendations for a great PC?

What do I mean by a great PC?

- Absence of planned obsolescence

- Absence of middlemen in pricing

- Able to handle video editing, 3-D and 2-D modeling, rendering and animation

- I prefer a laptop with touchscreen capability
