"Nourishing Traditions" and "Nourishing Diets" by Sally Fallon Morel.  She discusses how indigenous people throughout the world had a life expectancy over 100. With practical recipes.

"Braiding Sweetgrass " by Robin Kimmer. She mentions ideas like the gift economy,  honorable harvest, and how native languages are almost the polar opposite of English. For example there was no word for "it" everything was either a he or she, even trees.

"The myth of normal " by Gabor Mate. He reveals how things we consider normal, like they way we do childbirth, is actually not normal compared to most of human history. He also mentions how he can predict what types of diseases people will have after getting to know they're personality. For example Lou garricks disease is caused by being too nice and suppressing anger.
