Bringing the magic back to life through holistic health

Hello, my name is Dominik, I am 27 years old and I live in Prague Czech republic.

My biggest passion is holistic health in past few years and i finished studying 1 year of Holistic counseling this year. I have already helped few of my friends and family members with some health struggles and I´d like to make it at least my partial source of income in the future.

My another passion is psytrance music and festivals which I discovered quite recently but helped me discover how to express myself through dance and entering the flow state very fast and I also met many conscious people at those festivals who helped me with my growth.

And generally more I study spirituality and selfhelp I am very passionate about connecting everything with everything and having more and more ideas and inspiration and I am trying to write articles and create blog about that. My mind is just obsessed about connecting things together and doesn´t give me peace unless everything makes sense and does fit together in whole reality.

I´ve been following Actualized for few years but not doing the work really deep, cause I still struggle with some basic things.

 First main issue is financies and job - I work at grocery store with organic healthy food, which is fine but it is in the mall which is terrible enviroment for your health and energy and not very well paid. So my finances are barely enough for rent, food and basic health supplements. So every month i have dilemma whether I should sacrafice some of my health to buy shoes which are not leaky and stuff like that. Some possible job opportunities are finally on the horizon so I´ll see.

 Second is my intimate life and relationships - I feel I have some strong blockages around that and didn´t experience any deeper realtionship with women nor not many sexual experiences. I have read about some pickup stuff but still struggling to approach people - my perfectionism and impostor syndrome is holding me back. I feel I need to become source of value and lighten the fire inside me first or I feel I am bothering them.

Overall, I feel like whole seflhelp is partly compensation for my feel of inadequacy of myself and I´d like to address that. 

I will keep posting about my plans and progress at those domains of my life and also at the domain of spiritual work and holistic health I am mostly studying.
