What True Wisdom really feels like?

I've noticed that the more I learn and work towards self-actualizing, the more I get that "water is wet" feeling due to how obvious things are. Is that "water is wet" feeling what true wisdom feels like? Where you familiarize yourself with a domain so much to where it becomes second nature? I've noticed that increasingly that many things I perceive as extremely obvious aren't nearly as so to others who aren't putting in the time to work on themselves.
