The Rabbit Hole

Working on setting up better what is my intentionality.

I'll make myself a dream board, though I'll also make sure it's possible to reduce it into flashcards, like a puzzle.

So I can take it everywhere with me.

It's likely that I'll do it as per Nahm's recommendation.

Each life areas deserves an intentionality and a goal.

Perhaps also principles and on how to achieve results. Some reasonable tracking.

As well as a regular consultation. The most important is to keep in mind the goals.

"Love itself is the actual form of God. If by saying, ‘I do not love this; I do not love that’, you reject all things, that which remains is Swarupa, i.e., the innate Self.

That is pure bliss.

Call it pure bliss, God, atma or what you will.

That is devotion; that is realization and that is everything,” said Bhagavan.

From 'Letters from Sri Ramanasramam' 179

Surrender. Practice surrender (...)

Giving up on the illusion of control.

Merging with actuality.

Becoming one with Life.

Valuing more my life.

Loving (accepting) each instant.

Reframing the negative aspects realistically (so they don't end up in my shadow), keeping in mind how everything leads to Absolute love.

The ego is not only coming from thought.

It is also the emotional vortex of discomfort within.

The sufferer isn't called for nothing the sufferer. Emotional dolor is there highlighted.

Ego is transcended with the heart.

Surrender, forgiveness, acceptance, loving kindness.

Burning through its fire the illusion of wrongness lodged within.

Ego is like a dam, holding one's full potential through judgment.

It converts all life energy into a familiar frequency, so the subject's sense of self doesn't get lost.

This is how it survives.

Attracting the familiar. Over and over again.

Crab in the bucket phenomenon:

Crabs repressing their own golden shadows projecting inside out. Mainly because of renouncing authenticity for attachment.
