365 days Tiny Habit Challange

As I have problems with changing my routines I‘ve bought the book „Tiny Habits“ by BJ Foggs. Normally I‘d start one habit and try to do it for a week and then do the next. But this approach didn’t work long term for me.

So I decided to give this new approach a chance. After 365 days so on the 05.07.2022 I‘ll draw a conclusion on how well it worked.

My current routine (summer vacation): 

Getting up at 9am 

Doing stuff like eating breakfast until 10am

Then solving math problems (my parents fore me to do that) but the most time procrastinating on my phone (screen time 5-6 hours a day)

at 4pm playing video games while watching actualized.org videos

at 8 pm watching Netflix 

at 11pm going to bed while scrolling on my phone

at 12 pm sleeping

My aspirations:

1. increasing mental abilities 

2. finding lp/vision/escaping wage slavery

3. build muscles

My Golden Habits (Tiny versions)

1. Meditating for 30 sec

2. Open One Note and a video about spiral dynamics 

3. do 5 push ups on knees

Goals for these habits:

1. Get to meditating each day for 20min before going to sleep using the doing nothing technique 

2. Study for at least an hour each day

3.Do a callisthenics workout 4 times a week

Note: if I put a ✅ behind meditation it means that I did it yesterday evening because I did it before going to sleep

Day 1-05.07.2021 (so yesterday)

Day 0-29.07.2021

New Aspirations+Habits:

1. Health and Fitness

+every day after finishing school I‘ll do 2 push ups

2. Getting better at school

+after I get up, I will tell me:‘‘ Today is gonna be a good day“ every day

3. Writing Journals:

+after I finish eating for dinner, I will write a short entry into this journal

4. Personal Development (I will rename it soon)

+Before going to bed I‘ll meditate for 30 sec

Today:

1.✅

4.✅(means for the day before) 

„3.✅“.  means I‘ve written in my journal after having dinner (see aspirations+habits)
