Communication always a big problem

I feel lyk I suck Wen it comes to this topic I know language perfectly lyk from the day I began to talk that was the language I started with but still I donno why people fail to understand  wat actually I wanna say, before even my parents used to  feel  hard to understand wat I actually want to say, before I was a very talkative person but lyk now I rarely utter words because may b I feel exausted after explaining abt the topic and concept for hrs and they r still lyk I din't got u completely actually they got  none i feel after seeing their expression and now I communicate with people nly through chatt stuff which really suits me and make me feel gud and if I call them also call don't last for more then 2min and abt live conversation I don't even know  how to express it I can nly say it's disaster feeling for me .
