I am starting a journal, I have anger issues, and hate which is destroying me from inside, this is a journal to keep track of the changes I hope will come soon.

I guess, I need to admit that I am a procrastinator,  I don't know if it is because I don't get enough rest or the real reason.

Today I got really upset because I could not do my dinner on time, I have been trying to improve myself doing intermittent fasting and I get so cranky, that even the slightest thing can piss me off,  i try to be alone but when I have to interact with my family it only makes things worse.

well, its been almost two months since i was here, I feel that I can not commit to anything, well, i dont know what it is, what i have learnt its that i dont really care, and i dont need it, otherwise i would do things in a different manner, but  dont lose hope, i am going back to track.
