What is art? The creative process and expression explained

I consider Leo's video's to be great artworks in a certain way. Quality, clarity, and great depth of research with a certain style. I'm really curious about what you consider the best process for creating art and the psychology behind that. (Lucid dreaming, inspiration, emotion)

Perhaps mix it basic human expression. 

As far as I know, there hasn't been a video on this yet. But correct me if I'm wrong!
