Need Help!

Guys here, I am badly in need of a suggestion.Your suggestions could help my future life. I am engaged. I don't know how and where  to start with. My Jayden is very much addicted to porn. He was not like this before. He is not able to control. I can't say this to my parents. I don't want them to know about this. I shared this with my friend she suggested me that to take him to a rehabilation center in Columbia.One of her cousin was adddicted to alcohol and porn,it was a treatment at Edgewood that helped her cousin overcome this addiction. She said to take him to that place and to be with him, before the situation gets more worse. Will it be good to undergo a treatment? If that is not a succes I should be the ultimate sufferer right, Should I disclose this to my parents? Should I say to no to this relationship? Have anyone been to any situation of this sort?
