Video Surveilence

Don't you think that by now, there would be enough surveilence in the world, where we would now have less big mysteries out there?

...like wouldn't car thefts and kidnappings be easy to solve at this point?   Why is this still such a mystery? 

Maybe there is a layer of surveilence that the general public doesn't have access to. (Please, not to arouse paranoia) but seriously..

Another news story, another big mystery?  We may never know what happened...with just the minimal surveilence we have..,, right?  ..and I am just talking about public surveilence, not in private homes surveilence...for heavens sake, ,,we would not want widespread panic, right? Right!

That would be crazy.
