Should I Do A Yoga-course?

Hey there  I have some question about yoga since i thought i might try a course but not shure yet ... maybe anyone experience in yoga can help.

-What to expect from it/ What are the benefits of yoga?

-Shoud the yoga -teacher have a certificate or smth or can everyone teach it?

-Is it worth it from your experience? do you like it & why? 

-Is it only for women? (are hot women in yoga courses ?  jk ... totally not kidding! )
