How To Deal With Self-actualization In A Dysfunctional Environment : No More Excuses !

My question and suggestion for a video : "how to grow and be self-actualized even in a dysfunctional environment, if yes. how could one proceed ?"

 

It's a long time that I am following Actualized.org, I watched all the videos available in this site and Thanks to Leo's videos and content, I discovered another way for my life.

I fell that I can do and be much more for the humanity than I am now, the only challenge I am facing right now is that I am living in a completely dysfunctional environment (society) where it's very difficult to deal with self-actualization and for many reasons I can't leave it for a long time, I am really depressed right now about this so any help or suggestion is welcome and thank you in advance.
