[book] Feel Alive - Ralph Smart 7/10

1 post in this topic

Peeaaacee, The Alchemist diving deep once again. We're out here, in the forum, breathing in that wonderful prana! :P

Most of us surely know about Ralph Smart aka Infinite Waters and we all love him. Even though his videos are not as free from bullshit and packed with knowledge and insights as Leos, he still manages to motivate and uplift us every single day, even without the help from the cat down road. His book, "feel alive", is only like 60 pages short and is filled with all the basic points he talks about. I got the 2013 edition, maybe the newer ones got more pages. It has 13 chapters and 4 bonus chapters and it covers self help in any area of your life. From freeing your mind to relationships to stop watching TV to dealing with toxic people to healing yourself.

This book is really short, only those 60 pages of conrent, packed with 17 chapters and the font is really big and there is a lot of space left on the pages, so don't expect too much. You can read the book on one single day. But I love it still. Something about this book is magical. It certainly is for beginners in self help and spirituality, and I read it as a beginner. I really think it helped me. The book is really uplifting and motivating and gives you actually a lot of good ideas and guidance on how to get over fears and better your life. I gave it a 7 out of 10 because it's just a short beginners book, but it is a good one IMO. But this book is rather pricy for it's size, 15€ / 16,5$ is quite a bit. You can also watch all of his older videos if you don't want to spare the money, he covers all the stuff in his videos too. But the book is nice because you have all the things in one small book, ready to read up whenever you like.
