Yesterday: Meditation walk 2 hrs, meditation 20 mins

Today:  Meditation walk 2hrs, >>>>strong determination sit 90 mins. <<WTH  SO HARD

@Pinocchio Thanks for the advice. My SDS consisted of sitting in a chair without moving muscle  other than the facial muscles for 90 minutes.

What do you do now instead of meditation?

@Pinocchio Yep, I figured, but I didn't have much to go on, so I didn't want to make assumptions.  Of course, my experiential deficit only gives me a vague notion. I'm sure things will clear up as I progress. It was only one month ago that I dismissed all spirituality as non-sense, so a long way has already been tread,haha.
