i watched this movie called about time,does anybody knows it?

it's a romance movie about a guy who finds out that his family is special and the men can rewind time but only to the points where they been before,there is 2 kinds of opinions about this movie,i don't want to spoil too much so that's it for the intro

the first one says that he was manipulative and used his ability badly etc etc and the second one loves the movie and says that it wasn't opinions?
