Feedback on 12 step programs/spiritual principle of hope

I am in recovery from crystal meth and I work a 12 step program. I am currently restarting my steps with my sponsor and I'm on step 2, which is the spiritual principle of hope and coming to believe in a power greater than yourself than can restore you to sanity. Leo's videos have been very helpful. If I could get some unfiltered feedback on 12 step programs it would really help me on my path to sobriety. Thanks for your time
