Don't watch your face in a mirror. Look at the bottom when you are going to a shop. Keep your eyes closed in every convenient case. Breathe. You may start to see visions; control them and you're god.

Under psychedelics people are so blinded that they absorb any information including the highest sin - replacing the god by oneself. Many of them end up with suicidal thoughts. On the other hand, constant bullying makes people want to become god. We don't need satanism anymore, that is the new religion.
Lucid dreaming is scientifically backed. I feel like I have always been entering lucid dreams so easily, but in reality - much life experience had been needed to get to this point. Many teachers say "Freedom is inside, not outside.". Many lucid dreamers say "Sometimes that is more real than physical reality.".
