After unlocking, I will work to propose changes once per week and update it once a month from here.

In the meantime, I have added the technique taught from https://www.heartmath.com/ .

It is an excellent technique that began a large part of the work I have generated.

For this reason I have decided to share it early combined with the fact that it’s also a fantastic introductory lesson. The introductory technique itself will expand to more nuances by the stated time in which it unlocks.

The voiceover you hear will improve overtime as voices get better haha, otherwise you have the option of turning it off after learning a technique.

I will master the art of adding theory overtime, right now however it’s without a doubt a mastery in progress.

With the ending of the journal Stage Coral and before heading to bed, I have decided to stake my claim a little further on my newly stated stance there by embracing my greater altruistic side with the stated deeper faith in life by going even deeper with this project by seeing how good I can make it over the whole year.

I purely want to just learn to be empowered by moving forward as much as possible with the deepest intrinsic essence of who I am irrespective of the rest of the world, because as much as it is a faith in life, it’s a faith in oneself and feeling in alignment with what that means in action.

And the project will remain anonymous, so feel free to use the resources how you like. I don’t need credit. I need my project to translate well from stated aim to desired outcome.

Brief update before the April 21st Unlock!

Newly added theory behind the heartmath technique added.

I may flip them by the 21st of April or create a separate button for a "Theory Only" look.

 

And the voiceover?

Yeah the voiceover is like nails screeching on a chalkboard!

I totally get it ha. 

Like I say, as a bare minimum it'll improve overtime as AI optionality improves overtime.

Checkout the new glamorous "Zero" voiceover option once you're confident being fully without any voiceover support.

Again, just jump straight to the bottom where you will find direct instructions on implementing the technique. Its super easy to implement, like running, and has just as powerful results with practice.

 



Very Briefly as an Introductory Message to my approach for PROJECT : MEANING:

Meaning curation is an automatic process in the same way that sight is.

Conscious curation in the same way that deeper focused sight can enhance our vision, enhances our ability to forge meaning that better cognitively aligns us.

However in the same way that disorientation can reduce the quality of otherwise good vision, less healthy emotional processing (i.e. due to say, trauma of some kind) becomes the invisible gravity which restricts the freedom to make, align and stay in alignment with the meaning created.

Meaning is being taught as a natural functioning of the nervous system. Just as cells communicate and adapt to establish what signal is going to be forged within, our top down reception of the world determines what signsl we are going to externalise. Because our nervous systems are vulnerable to damage, naturally, our signal of meaning with the universe can also be damaged. By understanding the relationship between mind, heart and gut with the cognitive, emotional and agency between them, we can restore our signal from damaged to rejuvenated.

That is the foundation to this work.

Also, I will try to create an introductory blueprint on the site on the more accurate way to view meaning compared to cultural tropes and general false programming, bringing it back to the biological and cognitive-neuropsychological (does not exclude the spiritual domain).

That said I am still mastering as I said, bridging my more abstract side through the funnel of instructional language. 

I enjoy it, so ill just improve the blueprints language like everything else month to month rather than leave it out in the main release two days from now. Because a paradigm shift is the recommended pathway, and I believe I can help bring greater shape to what the actual architecture of meaning is underneath the hood of us humans. Avoid getting caught up in over analysing the theory. Simply take it in, acknowledge the understandings and recognise that the deeper work, is actually with the training techniques themselves that instruct towards greater somatic, emotional and to complement, cognitive and imaginative intelligence.

Just to get how powerful one of the techniques is, the introductory heart math based heart centered technique I have already made available in the link above, by itself caused a radical causal shift when I first trained on it for about 10-15 hrs in only 3 days. I dont go soft on the things that I do, so I am not sure what a little bit of training each day does. However the scientific results and the anecdotal reports speak for themselves which I encourage anyone to checkout.

Otherwise the new Claude 4.7 is golly so frustrating right now, even the writing is so sloppy. I mean fuck, I cant believe how small their context window is honestly as well ha! It'll cost me so much time, and by the way for newbies context time is simply the memory of a conversation Claude or an AI has before it starts having doubt about its own capacities and begins to either crash or lose its way. I heard that when they do updates sometimes theres a turnover lag and it lasts a few days. 4.7 just recently arrived, I really hope thats true and I hope it happens sooner. Ha! Claude like, tries to be all flowery as well with its writing going outside the dimensions I set, it pisses me off lol. An AI's only choice when it comes to defining the edges, subtleties and nuances of experiential techniques like these of course, is to hallucinate.

Lastly, at some point I will do journal entries that cover an in depth look at all the nuances that can only be learned by doing or reading about someone going into the nitty gritty of how they're going to deeper and deeper levels. It's easy to imagine starting something, believing you've hit your limit and stopping there or just never going any further. By adding  entries in the forum space going into detail on how I reach the upper levels on even the simplest of these techniques, like the introductory technique already available, it will also engender more confidence in the user that they'll be able to get deep benefits regardless as to what level of technique they go to.

That said, my mind is still recovering from my already noted (Coral Journal now closed) sickness, so my longer form entries or just those that require deeper more nuanced thinking won't begin until May. And ill be perfectly fine by the way, as I said its been a real cleansing experience that has helped me far more than the struggle 😉. At a bare minimum, always convert that which cannot be changed into a change in attitude that helps you thrive in turning the reality into wisdom.

To end, I have also just now made 30 minute and 1 hr sessions available, and even before the April 21st deadline unlock!

PROJECT: MEANING

How does this work interconnect underneath the hood?

Let’s take a sneak peek on what’s to come.

Activation, exercise, training.

These are three words that can make or break a person, as their action also encircles the path of two other triads.

Reinforcement, conditioning and adaptation

Followed by.

Growth, change and the dyadic tether, cycle of regeneration/degeneration.

Understanding these interactions, just these alone.

Combined with the right techniques.

Can truly save, shift and enhance a persons life.

When it comes to meaning curation, there is no “blank slate” even as a speculation. Contrary to what social ideas have been populated, “meaning sticks to state”.

As in, state as I expressed earlier, become the eyes, the pre-emotive worldview by which meaning is curated. This is why every emotion correlates to a kind of meaning that is going to be engendered about the world within, and the world at large.

 

Anger is to bigotry.
Disgust is to prejudice
Depression is to isolation.

Happiness is to kindness.
Curiosity is to exploration.
Openness is to possibility

 

The trickiest hidden devils though that are rarely peeled back are how combinations of emotions become the key to unlock a particular philosophy.

 

Apathy, Depression, Anger = Nihilism

 

Variations of the three as well, can both hide behind nihilism, each other and hide the nihilism itself.

 

Let’s invert all three.

 

Caring, Happy, Peaceful = hope

 

So unlikely nihilism

 

What does this reveal? Choice of life politics is preprogrammed just as much as the YouTube algorithm accurately predicts the next video someone is going to watch.

When we combine it with the understanding that emotions can evolve and change relative to interactions with the environment, what conclusions also change?

Personality is not a blueprint, it’s the weather of the emotional blueprint underneath.

And the consciousness states produced by these emotional intersections?

That’s the meaning you’re bartering with to create any other meaning or purpose in life.

What other conclusions change?

Meaning is unconditional, ever-present and interconnected with the architecture of our bio-emotional physiology.

It’s right now, directly before this moment, in about one second time and thereafter.

Second, higher meaning is conditional upon the health of this underlying physiology.

Thirdly, the distinction between trauma and kind of trauma, along with determining which life frictions with higher meaning are contextual versus those that are more pervasive with the individual, need to be approximated by person. For example, is someone depressed because they hate their job and all they need to do is change it or because they’ve been depressed for too long now and it’s shifted from transient state all the way to a seemingly fixed trait.

For the former example, nervous system training helps the individual cope within the terrible job. Maybe they still need the job, or maybe they still should quit. This is where training is either enabling them or helping them become more connected with who they are which invariably leads to them quitting. In the latter example, the training instead turns what they viewed as an unchangeable trait within themselves to a trait that becomes more flexible all the way to completely inverting.

Nervous system training is the best way to term the directionality of PROJECT : MEANING at the practical level.

I have decided that once my body and mind return to normal in May, that creating periodic journal entries like these would really help people by also complementing my other entries in this journal that I stated would focus on how I go deeper within any one technique to reach extremely profound shifts.

Still recovering from my sick period, but this is undoubtedly exciting. I for example just wrote this on the fly, I wouldn’t have had the ability to do that yesterday.

Understand that the previous post was about examples, not one to one correlations nor absolute determinations on a given emotion as if to say, "all anger is bad", as thats of course just a really immature view.

I just sort of wrongly assumed that all people would get that, not everyone knows me well of course.

Also, given what I said two posts ago, consider that I still think the research page at the top with the technique below it, is still shit. It's all accurate, but Claude missed a heck of a lot of research I did, this supposedly better 4.7 is deplorable relative to the type. It completely missed explaining why the 5 : 5 breath is important for example, and misunderstood why this area of the work should be done with zero visualisation (a better adaptation overall than the grey area stance heartmath takes on it outside of initial priming that aids the learning curve). For those unaware, thats the 5 : 5 inhale and exhale in the session of the heart math technique, that zen 5 second ding to 5 second ding u hear.

I had to cue it more than 3 times to narrow in to this explanatory compressed depth, I find Claude criminally insane and insanely stupid on its theoretical rigour. Its accurate, just totally circles around what i am asking for but:

"1. The vagus has a natural operating frequency: its myelinated efferents from the nucleus ambiguus fire in bursts synchronised to breath, releasing acetylcholine onto the sinoatrial node through millisecond-fast GIRK channels (Berntson et al., 1997). At ~6 breaths/minute — 5 in, 5 out — this vagal firing reaches peak amplitude. Faster or slower, and the pulse degrades.

2. This is why 5/5 is not pacing but *vagal tuning*: the cadence is the frequency at which the vagus most fully expresses itself on the heart. Every slower beat on the exhale is a vagal pulse; the clean HRV sine wave is the vagus made visible.

3. ~80–90% of vagal fibres run *afferent* (Cameron, 2002) — heart to brain, not brain to heart. At 5/5 the afferent volley becomes coherent: narrow-band, high-amplitude, locked to 0.1 Hz. It travels up to the NTS, insula, anterior cingulate, medial PFC — entraining cortical rhythm and strengthening mPFC inhibition of the amygdala (Thayer et al., 2012).

4. The same vagal pathway carries the anti-inflammatory reflex (Tracey, 2002): efferent vagus → splenic α7-nicotinic receptors → suppression of TNF-α, IL-1β, IL-6. The cadence that maximises vagal tone is therefore also the cadence that maximises the body's cellular brake on inflammation.

5. Teaching consequence: 5/5 is the operating frequency of the vagus nerve. Omit it and the vagus under-fires, the heart-to-brain signal stays noisy, the amygdala stays uninhibited, and the anti-inflammatory reflex never engages. Love without the cadence has no nerve to travel on."

They're such bullshitters these ai companies, they dont realise how much more important integrity is in the long haul.

The April 21st Unlock all things considered is going to be quick and dirty, but still be pretty good and paradigm shifting.

Just reflect on the fact that:

(1) the alien skeleton is going to be there April 21st, so it'll be a completely new onceptual lifeform to look at yourseld through

(2) it'll take a few weeks to get all the way to porous skin thats able to cope with Earth atmosphere, conditions, etc, and ah... my temperament.

The April 21st Unlock, will still be extremely valuable, and already is. And my first update especially research based and beyond will be May 1st followed by just once a month from there to keep a measured temporal balance, where space in between will involve dedicated entries in this journal as described in the post just previous going deeper into how to produce higher states of a given technique, and rounded theoretical to practical entries that complement the blueprint on the main site.

 

 

This will be my last post until May 1st.
