question on values in life purpose course

Haven't done my values in a few years from the life purpose course, so i'm redoing them.

One thing I figured that is incredibly meaningful to me is this: I remember when I was back at school, like 8-13 years old, and we broke up from school for summer holiday/vacation for 6 weeks, that 6 week period felt like one big time period. Each day felt like part of this 6 week journey/time period, which felt amazing to me. Life felt more exciting, more expansive,

I didn't just have this as a kid either, just a few years ago, during the summer of covid I had that feeling where each day felt connected and part of this bigger time period.
And I find that made a huge difference in my fulfilment levels.

Whereas for a lot of my life, each day feels separate and distinct from each ohter, and I find this makes each day feel pretty mundane and unspecial because each day feels so short, so it's kind of hard to feel any zest.

(The analogy I use is - Imagine you were going to watch your favourite movie, or tv series, but instead of watching the whole movie in one go, you were only allowed to watch 5 minutes a day over a month)  For me, I wouldn't be able to enjoy those 5 minutes becuase i'd be thinking, it's such a short amount of time, my watching time is gonna be over in a minute, so i'd never really get into the movie, which would be different if I could watch the whole thing in one go, I would be able to get into it a lot more. So watching 5 mins of a movie feels similar to each day being segregated for me.

If you have any ideas for how I can make all the days start feeling connected, that would be great also, but the main question I came here to ask if you have any ideas what value this could be (making all days feel connected rather than segreagted)

thanks
