Who Is Stephen Miller Really?

What is the best way to describe a mind like this? There is something very deceptive about this man, I don't want to say evil but there is something about him that is very horrendous. It's scary especially with someone with this amount of power. 

There's a video of him when he was 17, saying that torture and cruelty is a celebration of life. He would rather torture Iraq civilians than kill them, cutting their fingers. He gives me Michael Myers vibe.

He's an actual white supremacist. I think he may be a legit neo-nazi. Him and Thiel are serious problems for the world.
