God in his wisdom gave humanity the will to be intentional by the process of being able to react to feelings.
 

It’s up to man to understand cause and effect and how actions reap their own dire consequences or rewards..

 

You are all knowing. You know the binary system that is the difference between the player and the played. Between Good and Evil.

 

God created the devil already knowing its powerlessness over goodness. For even the devil is loved unconditionally.
