Complete Isolation

I will isolate myself on a week begining tomorrow.

That means, no leaving my room except to eat and go to the bathroom and no internet, just for a week.

Why do this? Raise my intelligence and hopefully gather insights.

Yea I mean it also reduces distractions. Keeps you more grounded and focused on what you really desire and want. Better connection to your inner self and consequently your higher self. Not to mention less dopamine.
