1. The Daily Offering Ritual (1% Shift Ceremony)

Purpose: To consciously honor the day’s polarity (who gives more), and surrender to the Divine Flow of love.

Time: Morning or Sunrise

Items: A candle, two objects representing each partner (crystals, rings, written names)

Steps:

Light the candle.
 

Speak aloud:

“On this day, I give [X]% of my heart,

and receive [100-X]% of your soul.

Together, we grow Love by 1%.”
 

Kiss, bow, or press foreheads together.
 

Close with silence.
 

Note: On overflow days (above 100%), say:

“I give even what I do not have, trusting the Whole to hold me.”
