Inhale through Ida, 8 seconds. Hold breath for 1 minute. Exhale through Pingala, 8 seconds. Inhale through Pingala, 8 seconds. Hold breath for 1 minute. Exhale through Ida, 8 seconds. Inhale through Ida, 8 seconds. Hold breath for 1 minute. Exhale through Pingala, 8 seconds. Inhale through Pingala, 8 seconds. Hold breath for 1 minute. Exhale through Ida, 8 seconds.
