I believe that neurosis is the result of not living in Peace with your neighbors.

This format I shall now follow:

To change behavior:

See what you are renouncing spiritually.

With anger, you are missing Harmony

With drugs, clarity

With lies, Integrity and Consciousness

You don't have to change, just become consciouss of what you are renouncing.
